My favorite Indian restaurant. How come you don't hire local teenagers looking for their first jobs?

Took my son for dinner tonight for a rare treat. Broken machines, out of mustard in the back, glasses are not frosted, onion rings had very uneven distribution of seasoning in spots (either a lot or none on some) and almost positive they have regular root beer in the diet root beer. A problem for a diabetic whose blood sugar is now out of control. All in all a bad exercise at this location and I won’t be returning.

I recently visited a late at night and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Despite the late hour, the staff were friendly and attentive. My order was accurate and prepared quickly. Overall, I received good service, even at a late hour. Recommended for late-night cravings!

Had a wonderful experience at the A&W drive-thru. Despite being busy, Jaineel provided excellent service with a friendly demeanor and a warm smile. He ensured our order was accurate and made the wait time pleasant. Kudos to Jaineel for his outstanding customer service!

The service was not good, the person taking the order did not even greet, and not even replied to the thank you. We understand that everyone have a bad day, but unfortunately this make a very bad impression of the store. Please teach staff to greet and smile atleast. Thank you.

Stopped for breakfast today. Was a nice surprise to have a full breakfast on China with cutlery not wrapped in paper and in a bag. Eggs over easy were done just right. Thank you

Came here at night to order I told him I wanted double mozza burger before I even finished speaking please drive up then I said a double teen burger as well and he started giving attitude and he got my order wrong as well gave me single for both burgers and I was charged 17 something dollars 0/0 don’t recommend.

I went through the drive thru last night and after getting home I realized they completely missed an item. I even thought about checking to make sure, but then refrained due to the easy nature of making and packing a buddy burger. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. I was disappointed to say the least and have learned not to assume people are good at their jobs. Check your bags in the drive thru people!
Wow you guys have gone down hill after your best employees left, food is horrible now, I used to come here all the time for the past 5 years. The new employees you have cooking in the back are horrendous, zero stars. Won't be going here anymore

I had a special order teen burger, the only thing that the cook got right was the got the right ingredients on it. Well if you can say your getting bacon on your burger when there is only 1/3 of one strip of bacon on your burger. The amount of bacon on the burger is totally rediculous. The piece of bacon mesured 1 1/2" x 3/4" maximum. The meat on the burger was not spiced at all, and yes I ticked the box for teen spices. The fries were not salted at all. The coke was flat, it had no carbonization. The meal tasted totally bland and I don't recommend eating at this resturant ever. Teen burgers used to be the burger of choice but now if I never eat one I couldn't care less. If there was a zero option I rate this meal a zero.

Ordered the Canadian breakfast x2 One was over medium, the other over easy. Simple. The bacon was on the edge of under done but acceptable. The over medium eggs were hard, on the edge of bitter. The over easy were so under done that my toast was swimming in egg whites as soon as I popped them. I question wether the cook had ever cooked fried eggs before. I sent the over easy back, but the language barrier was too much for me to explain what was wrong in words she understood. My second pair of eggs were closer to over medium than the ones we ordered medium, but still slightly over done. The supposedly frozen glass was barely below room temperature, I think leaving the glass freezer off must be the new cost saving measure. If you're not going to chill the glasses anymore please supply ice.
Lastly the famous A&W Root Beer was ... Just wrong. We couldn't decide what was wrong with it, but it wasn't right. Probably a mix ratio problem but it didn't have the usual low on syrup taste.
Obviously this location has changed management, avoid at all cost.
