I have try crispiy veggies burger combo it is delicious also the person who cooks he / she has better experience also within time order is served on plate so it si time savings. Burger is crisp and every bite you can feel the taste and crunchy Ness flavor is good I also feel the aroma when it is served I feel mouthwatering during that time so everyone should try this combo with onion rings I can suggest it is morning breakfast for me .

I have always loved going to A&W but this restaurant had to have been the worst one I have ever been to. Food came out cold after getting it wrong 2 times, wait over 30 Minutes just to get my food. You could hear them workers in the back yelling at each other.

Went for breakfast through the drive thru. I’ve never been for breakfast so I had a few questions.
The breakfast combos come with a drink, apple juice included but not orange juice. OJ is a $2 up charge but the cost of an apple juice or orange juice are the exact same on the menu.
The woman was very short with me and kept cutting me off and talking over me so it took forever to get my order through. We settled with coffee since it’s included and she asked what size. I asked what size was included and she said “if you want small, I’ll give a small. If you want medium I’ll give a medium.” Just dancing around questions like that.
Painful experience and didn’t even ask to scan our app code. Would not recommend this location. (Holiday inn drive in Cambridge ON).

When l arrived the coffee machine wasn't working and the service men where working on the machine. I asked if l could get a tea, l said l really wanted a tea instead of a pop with my combo. But that wasn't going to be an option for me so l settled for a pop instead of what l wanted. Drive through was busy and a mobile order customer arrived the person making food was very slow. Customers came into the store and left. I was waiting so long that the service men finally got the hot water tank to dispense hot water. So l finally got a tea but the cashier was charging me for it. I said l really wanted a tea not a pop. She said l have to charge. Even though l said l wanted a tea in the first place. This wasn't good service at all.

As it’s close by and with only a half an hour for lunch, I thought I ‘d try this A&W again after some questionable previous experiences. I waited for over 10 minutes for the car in front to get their order, then waited 5 more minutes for my order. I watched through the drive thru window as the person filling my order looked completely confused as she placed items in the bag, took them out, and put them back in the bag, re-read the order and took something out, again! Finally, I got my order only to return to work to find my Teen burger and fries order to be,fries, onion rings, and a flat Coke. No burger! For this I was charged $11.75! The last straw and last time I will be wasting my time and money at this establishment.

I’ve watched the employees at this location handle my food without gloves going back and forth from the register, the headsets, and whatever else then touching my food again. They assembled my burger with their bare hands and me being hungry had to just sit there and eat it because I didn’t want to wait for a fresh burger. I’m okay to eat it but I won’t be surprised if someone gets sick this way.
