This place is not great place. Very bad service I just bought the breakfast and no good never ever again waste of money

I experienced a disappointing incident during my visit to this establishment while ordering my usual classic breakfast with a customization. Although I understand that customizations can be challenging, this has been my daily routine. Unfortunately, someone named Sara from the kitchen, who appeared to be a supervisor, intervened rudely, insisting that I couldn't have the customization. Despite my attempts to explain and willingness to pay for any additional charges, she was unhelpful. I ended up paying for a meal that wasn't what I ordered, leaving me with an embarrassing memory. This was an unprecedented experience for me at my favorite franchise, and I feel sorry for the front-end staff who remained polite throughout. It's disheartening to provide a review like this for a place I usually enjoy.

This place should close for a month and train staff.The wait was over 20 minutes and I was fourth in line.The food was all cold, over-sauced, burger soup. There were like 10 fries in the bag.The coffee did not meet the requirements of what anyone would call 'coffee'... it was coffee-flavoured water.It was obvious only one of the four staff had any idea what they were supposed to be doing.This is a true 1 star dining experience. Don't eat here if you like good food or you're in a hurry.

Menu is their secret so they should close all shop to keep their "privacy".

They missed our drinks and messed up our order. Overpriced and terrible service.

The manager was great if she was not working tonight it would have been a mess. She was going from cash to the back to help with food because it seemed no one could do the job without help. Food was fresh and tasted good. There was a wait because it was busy but that is to be expected. Regular menu price is higher here than the other locations again this is expected at the service station

Had a burger and hash brown for breaky and it was served promptly and service was friendly to interact with.

Food was yummy, poutine was so delicious, buddy burger was good. Staff friendly and polite ?

Look at the quantity

I stopped here for breakfast and ordered the All Canadian special. There was nobody in line and as soon as I ordered it she muttered underneath her mask "f$&@" like she thought I didn't hear it. As she was asking me questions about my meal (type of toast, how I wanted my eggs) she was tapping on the POS system like she has to grind to the bone to make my order.I may be wrong but on the order screen the order taker was "Kelly".Food was good, customer service was not. I felt bad for her coworker that has to deal with her attitude.

Date Visited : Sun Sept 25, 2022We've been here a few times now on the way back from visiting family in Alvinston, ON.Service is 2.5/5 :A bit on the slower side. Still friendly mind you.Food 2/5 :it was just okay flavor wise. The onion rings this time were crispy even tho very oily, extra napkins needed. Also, I deducted points due to the cost of the single order of onion rings ($5.99) like really?! That's super over priced IMO. Also interesting the Chicken Buddy sammich is $2.99 yet the Spicy Chipotle chicken wrap is $3.19 I can't make sense of that. I would figure they'd be closer in price tbh. Likely extra cost due to the cheese that was used. The Spicy Chipotle chicken wrap wasn't that spicy. *I don't know if the tortilla wrap has yeast in it.Drinks :water* Note :due to that I manage Gout, type 2 diabetes and a heart condition. I'm severely limited on what I am able to eat when considering fast food type fare. Chicken is basically the only protein I am able to consume along with I have to avoid breads or wraps that contain yeast (yeast will trigger a gout flare for me).

Very very nice experience.Shivam was very helpful to find our valuable stuff that we by mistake left on the table after we had some food.Thanks to Tim Hortons staff, kept our valuables safe.Thanks to the other traveller who handed out valuables to the store front.Thanks again.

So I was given soggy onion rings for 6$ common and when I asked gor a chipotle sauce A fat karen screamed at the other young employee and told her to charge .50 cent or walk away common just cz… m brown …. Common ? you serious? Manager has to train them better I have worked as manager for A&w in past and this is not the standard the premium brand talks about anywhere in their policy…!!!

Slowest service ever!I've seen people move faster on tranquilizers... There was ONE person line ahead of me, and it took 18 minutes for me to get my order.Food was fine, but go elsewhere if you have anywhere to be anytime soon....and no napkins in the bag! Because OF COURSE NOT!
