Very bad service

So at first this buddy at the cash register butchered my name as I spelled it out for him… D-I-M-A, so he puts Demon… I’m a religious person and when I asked him if he thinks that’s okay, he just laughed in my face… But that wasn’t the end… with that order I ordered and paid for extra bacon, so they added ONE STRIP OF BACON!!! When I went to ask him WTH and if he thought it was okay to do that, he just answered with a smug face that it is… all the pictures are attached
The worst service ever!!! Horrible people with no understanding of human decency and any skills in service jobs!!! Can’t describe the fury and outrage I feel right now!!!

Very dirty location. Was there this past Monday employee was cleaning the floor cleaning the equipment then pretended to wash hands rinsed them with water and nothing else then proceeded to touch food and make meals. I was so disgusted I will not be back. I am repulsed.

Very expensive. Almost $30 for two burgers and a drink.
I ordered a Mozza and got a teen and they didn’t put lettuce on the burger for some reason.
They take rewards or coupons because they “don’t have a scanner”. Yet there was a barcode scanner right there. How can a franchise not have all of the equipment?

The coffee tastes like the boiling water pour into coffee pot directly instead through ground coffee. The food seems OK, maybe next time I will skip the coffee when I order the combo….

I had a great experience at A&W! Bhavna and her co-worker were very friendly and kind, which made the visit even better. They did an excellent job, the service was quick, and the food was fresh and tasty. Really appreciated their warm nature

Incredibly slow! Guy just keeps taking orders and asking people how their day was instead of packing and handling out the food going cold behind him!

It was a very welcoming experience at A n w today in at around 8 and the front lady named bhawna was very kind and polite and the guy in kitchen was also very friendly and prepared my customized burger very delicious. Best ppl will definitely visit again

Onion rings were raw and made me sick. When I went to complain, instead of addressing the issue, the staff rudely told me that I came near closing time, as if that was an excuse for serving uncooked food. This is unacceptable — customers deserve properly cooked food and respectful service regardless of the time. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the staff’s attitude.

Don't get the breakfast. It is tasteless, the egger we got, one small piece bacon. What a disappointment, never again.

It took my food 20 minutes to be prepared when there wasn’t even a line or anybody it was just me who was at A&W and there were three workers taking their time and moving very slowly. In another location what I ordered today was prepared in a minute. I also had a bad experience a different time here where the worker making my poutine kept touching it with her fingers without gloves or anything and I find that very unsanitary.
