I've never had a problem with this place until now. I ordered a big tub of ice cream 2 days ago. Had it almost finished tonight when I had a big piece of plastic in my mouth. Not good guys, not good at all.

They were out of a pre packed ice cream, which they normally have plenty of but it's $3 more for freshly packed. So I asked if they'd pack a tub for me for the prepacked price but they said no, I'd have to pay extra because they were out of prepacked. Note: I was the only one in the store .....A) what's the difference, you guys use a scale to weigh it and it's frozen ice cream, not likes going bad that I need a fresh tub not am I getting anything extra except having to wait and B) why am I paying you extra because your (family) staff are behind schedule and haven't had a chance yet to refill what's run out? Also they were out of receipt paper and made no effort to replenish the roll, just made a face and said "oh, the machine is out of receipt paper" and stared at me until I said "nevermind then" and left.

The attendant was super nice and helpful. I wanted birthday wishes written on the cake. The attendant said she has only 1 color(blue) to write on chocolate colour. It didn’t look nice at all but that’s all what she’s provided by cheap owner. Big franchise but cheap service.They should have 3-4 different colours to write or decorate the cakes as it shows in the website.

Service is brutal and they claimed they couldn't serve certain ice cream because it was too frozen. I hate to break it to your franchise, but ice cream is frozen. Sorry that you have to put a little effort into your scoop.
