Extremely poor food. We are a regular customer and have been eating here for pretty long time. For the last 3-4 times quality has been deteriorated drastically. Seene like they don’t have intention to improve. Feedback was shared every time when quality was bad, but no improvement

Ordered lamb biriyani.
Biriyani rice and gravy was not fresh and lamb pieces are very sour taste can’t eat 😑

We came in for dine today for women’s day special and was very disappointed with the food service that they have served we ordered keema biryani along with few other items ,the keema biryani was dry and bland asked them why the food is like that and chef tasted the same food and said it’s flavorful and insisted us to eat the same food .This is worst experience of e ever had with biryaniwala .

Also we are regular customers and this is worst experience which has never resolved

I ordered Veg kofta Biryani,hoping of getting the same old taste but it was opposite, there is no taste in the kofta it is was not worth of ordering also I paid extra amount for kofta but I regret after eating ,hope they will give customers a better taste in their food

The portion of biryani was large, but there were only two pieces of chicken and too much rice. It was overly spicy, so I had to add a lot of yogurt to eat it.

Its not authentic Hyderabadi biryani... just colour full rice and no taste. Keep trying or hire someone from Hyderabad to get exact taste.

The food is really good, although the quantity of meat vary at times. Overall, it's a solid choice! Our personal favorite is the Chicken 65.

Hey we love your food and we order every weekend but if you are so cheap about the quantity I can find another place….

I have ordered kadai veg biryani as it was supposed to have vegetables in it as discussed but it was all filled with paneer (which was not communicated)and onions n few veg pieces for name sake. when contacted they were saying they will prepare as requested the next time and the staff started arguing.if that's the case then what about this meal? I have to starve

We tried the Raju Gari Chicken Biryani and Karivepaku Chicken Biryani, and both were incredibly delicious and full of flavor. I’d definitely recommend having biryani here anytime.

Went during evening when dine in was not busy. Appetizer was served warm but not hot. Only 1 person in the front handling dine in and takeout and calls which were alot. But you have to focus on your dinein customer atleast and make their experience a priority. When i go to a restaurant and my food comes out I expect it to be hot visually also the chicken and rice both on top got cold like the food just sat there for 5 minutes before it got served.
Coming to the taste liked the dragon chicken though it wasn't that spicy as advertised and the biryani was something new and I enjoyed it. Salan had no flavor and raita was just water and the mint chutney was nothing but chutney pudina powder mixed and alot of it. So much work to be done on condiments

I used to takeaway biryani’s here and I liked it very much. Very last time, takeaway large tray of Ghee roast chicken biryani and it was full of Masala’s only which was tasteless. Believe me masala was more than the rice and forget about the chicken pieces. Very disappointing experience.

Today, my boyfriend and I went out for lunch and ordered mutton biryani. There were no onions included, so we requested some, but the staff informed us there would be an additional charge of $2.99. Who in their right mind charges $2.99 just for onions? If we have to pay that much for a basic ingredient, what’s the point of coming here for biryani? 😡 To make things worse, when our food arrived, we found a hair in it. That’s completely unacceptable, and the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. This is not how a business should be run!”
