Stopped by for a drink and was super happy with everything from start to finish! We sat down and the service was wonderful the entire time from Bella, the drinks were delicious and the prices are unbeatable !!! Can’t wait to come back and try the food it all looked amazing.

My daughter and I were excited to try Blaze and Bourbon for lunch, and it did not disappoint! From start to finish, everything was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
We ordered the boneless wings, bruschetta, and a Margherita pizza, along with a peach iced tea for me and a Sprite for my daughter. Every bite was full of flavor. The bruschetta was a standout — the toppings tasted incredibly fresh, and if they weren’t made in-house, they certainly fooled me! The pizza was cooked to perfection: not overdone, not burnt, with a crispy crust that had just the right crunch without being hard on your mouth. (If I could change one thing, I’d just add a little extra cheese — but that’s personal preference!)
The wings were equally impressive. While they didn’t have honey garlic sauce, our server went above and beyond by offering to sweeten the BBQ sauce, which turned out to be absolutely delicious.
On top of the great food, the staff were fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaging. It’s clear they care about their guests’ experience.
We left happy, full, and already planning to come back soon — this time with the rest of the family. Blaze and Bourbon is a new favorite for us, and I can’t wait to return!

Such a great spot! As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the care — the staff made a custom salad just for me, and the pasta was absolutely amazing. On top of that, the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to — whether for dinner, drinks, or just the great vibes!
