I want to start off by saying I’ve been coming to this location for the past three years as a loyal customer. Their service was amazing up until the last couple of months and after today I will not be returning. I have had numerous orders not followed and I always order the same thing. Fruity paradise, sweet foam, NO POPPING. It’s either the sweet foam is missing or there popping or both. The last order I order through DoorDash and I had called and explained the order was wrong. They apologized and said no problem when you come in next time we will give you 20% off. I went in today after placing my order by phone for pick up. The girl at the cash was pleasant but I don’t think she understood what I was trying to say so she made the girl that prepping at the back come and she was insanely rude. She was giving me attitude and then grabbed my money out of my hand after I explained to her what happened and then just completely ignored me. Then when I got my order, it was wrong. AGAIN. No sweet foam as I asked for. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and asked me if I have a problem????? This is disgusting behaviour and I am upset as a loyal customer that’s been a huge fan of this establishment. This happened TODAY March 10th. It was not the young lady with the glasses but the one working at the back with the hijab. Went in today at 4:15 PM. Sorry to say but I won’t be returning.
