I had a very good experience at Boba shack. Order crispy chicken burger. Taste was really good. Two employees there - Sajia and Zed were really helpful. They provided attentive and friendly service. Will go again for sure.

I had an amazing experience at BobaShack! The food was delicious, and their hamburgers are to die for. But what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Farhaan. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about providing a great dining experience.

This happened months ago now, but I passed by boba shack today, and it reminded me of my previous experience here. So that’s why I’m writing this review months after I last went here.
The food here is decent, the boba is pretty good! But while me and my girlfriend where enjoying our food, I noticed the one of the Muslim women working was taking pictures of me and my girlfriend. I’m white, my girlfriend is Indian.
I didn’t make a big deal of it at the time because my girlfriend would’ve freaked out at the staff, so I was planning on keeping it to myself…until I drove by today and remembered my poor experience at this place.
Sharing my review to directly let that woman know that I was aware that she was taking photos of us. Idk why she was, but I hope you feel better about yourself

Recently discovered this place with my boyfriend and we love it!!! Staff are always kind, they have tons of drink options and flavours to choose from, as well, their food looks sooo good we cannot wait to try it out!! We’ve been going there almost everyday since. Also love that they’re open late! Our favourite is the strawberry and banana smoothie:)

Ordered the mangolicious and double Jalapeño burger! And wow so pleasantly surprised at how delicious the burger is, the patty has so much flavour both crispy and juicy! Excellent service from Fatima, Shasa and Urma super friendly and speedy.

On Thursday my friend and I stopped by for some boba. We got 4 large bobas and at the end of the making of the boba there was some mixture left in the blender. I asked if I could happily pay for whatever was left as I had my daughter waiting in the car with her dad. They were more than happy to just give me what was left for free. Boba shack has gone above and beyond more than once when we have come to this place! This wasn’t the first time going and definitely won’t be our last.
