I came here 20 mins till close today and the woman working (blonde girl) did not want to serve me because she didn’t have products and said she would have to go upstairs to grab them.I work in the mall and if a customer comes 1 min to close you still have to serve them. This is very unprofessional and lazy on her part. You should always serve customers especially with 20 mins left of your shift. That still gives you more than enough time to close. This is ridiculous and I am never coming here again due to the uncertainty that I may not be served.

My first visit was great with the guy he made my drink good and had good customer service! I’m here now they’re not accepting cash and that’s all I have and the mixed girl here has wayyyyyy to much attitude! Not sure ? ill come back

I like to come to this Booster Juice location about 4 times a week and the young lady with the blonde hair is always SUPER nice! They always get my order right with friendly service and a smile that makes me keep coming back. Keep up the great work!

After the woman made me wait for 10 minutes before even acknowledging me while she was prepping her sandwiches for tomorrow, she then informed me that they did not have ANY fruit to make ANY juice on the menu. Brutal customer service. And you should have the basics of what your business is built on.

I've ordered a few times from this location through Skip the Dishes and everything has always tasted great! Good communication when things were unavailable as well.

Visited the Cambridge Mall Booster Juice Kiosk and was served by a young lady named 'Abbey'. After she assisted me in selecting my menu item, we customized it to accommodate my food choices. Then while preparing the "drink" she came back to the counter and asked If I was allergic to a particular ingredient that went in to the "drink" as some of the ingredient had fallen into the other ingredient bucket, which is where she picked up on a conversation we were having in the background and thought that maybe the reason why I couldn't have the ingredient was becasue of allergies. I explained my reason for not consuming the ingredient and she continued to make my 'drink'. I like my drink 'extra thick, with less liquid and more banana. She mixed it up perfectly and just the right amount of flavour. Very Well done Abbey - thank you for your attention to detail. Keep up the great work. PS when we told her we were going to post this review she was humble enough to respond in a very surprised manner, as if she has never received well deserved praise at her place of work before.... We should all take the time to praise one another when and where we can. To help "build up someone" rather than "tear them down" is a far better compliment than what we are used to these days.
