Went to Boston Pizza on Pinebush in Cambridge again. What a terrible experience. My ribs came out cold, like ice cold. Not even warm to the touch. Our server said she’d have them throw it in the oven and walked away instantly, while I watch my family eat their food. No apologies, no polite attitude. When I finally got her attention, I informed her I wasn’t interested in having the ribs anymore, as the 1st bite was cold. The conversation went like this. Me: I don’t want to have those ribs back. Her: WHY!?! Me: Because they were ice cold. Her: So!?! Me: no thank you. Then she walked away. Poor attitude and terrible food. Why do I keep coming back to be disappointed every time?

Decided to try Boston Pizza Restaurant on Pinebush in Cambridge, Friday night. Husband ordered rack of ribs They looked boiled not bbq. and the honey garlic was like brown sugar and honey no taste to it. Also coleslaw had very little taste. I ordered chicken wings and again they tasted boiled not grilled with honey garlic and no taste to sauce. Very disappointed at what we ordered at that price. I don't mind paying for a good dinner on a night out, but that was ridiculous. Oh and the food was not hot but warm. Also staff friendly and atmosphere good. Just about food we ordered. Sorry to write this post, but I am only being honest.

The service is outstanding . Our server is phenomenally out of the league of someone who does this job for money apose to one who just wants a pay cheque sets the line with her. Best experience ive been given in several years extremely family oriented ( kaley)

Haven't been there for quite some time and nothing has changed other than the menu and prices. Had the wings and they were good but the pizza with BBQ sauce on top is NOT for me. Average at best.

Not a very pleasant experience here. Me and my friend went here for dinner this evening, we ordered a spinach dip, a triple play and boneless wing combos My friend got a pop with no carbonation to start off, I ordered a virgin drink which the server never brought over…. We got our food and the boneless wings were rubbery and looked under cooked, in the triple play the cactus potatoes were so over done and the bread had so much grease dripping off the bread it was not edible, we let our server know. We did not eat any of the triple play and only one of the boneless wings, the manager still charged us almost 19$ for something we didn’t even eat and we were unsatisfied with. They did take off the boneless wings which was nice, but I unfortunately will not be returning and would advise if you want Boston pizza to drive to the one in Kitchener where you will receive better service and better quality food.

Came for lunch just less then a week ago, got sat right away it was at 4:45 ish place was Basically empty. There was a large table right in front of our booth (about 10 people) , me and my boyfriend waited 40 minutes and still no one had come taken our drink order. The large table less than 3 feet away had 2 servers serving them. Another table near us got sat and their drink order taken right away. After almost an hour we left, and I can promise I’m never coming back. I keep giving Boston pizza a chance and it always end up with us being disappointed or frustrated. It’s over priced for food I can make at home and it be way better. I also emailed them, and was told I’d have a manager call me about the experience. It’s been almost a week and nothing. 0/5 stars. Never going back, we went to Loan Star in the end amazing fajitas and there was actually customer service.
Pizza is overrated and overpriced. Staff are very friendly, but paying over $50 for a pizza that the average pizza from other restaurants costs less and tastes better.

Had an awesome time at Boston Pizza recently, and I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to our server Jenna — hands down the BEST server we’ve had.
From the second we sat down, Jenna was super friendly, welcoming, and just had great energy. She made sure we had everything we needed, gave awesome menu suggestions, and somehow always showed up at the perfect moment we needed her.
Drinks stayed full, food came out fast and exactly how we ordered it, and she even remembered little things we mentioned in passing, which totally blew us away.
Honestly she made the whole experience way better than expected. If you’re heading to Boston Pizza Pinebush I hope you get lucky enough to have her as your server. She’s a total rockstar! Will 100% be back because of the service.
