Had an awesome time at Boston Pizza recently, and I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to our server Jenna — hands down the BEST server we’ve had.
From the second we sat down, Jenna was super friendly, welcoming, and just had great energy. She made sure we had everything we needed, gave awesome menu suggestions, and somehow always showed up at the perfect moment we needed her.
Drinks stayed full, food came out fast and exactly how we ordered it, and she even remembered little things we mentioned in passing, which totally blew us away.
Honestly she made the whole experience way better than expected. If you’re heading to Boston Pizza Pinebush I hope you get lucky enough to have her as your server. She’s a total rockstar! Will 100% be back because of the service.

The atmosphere was decent, and so was the food but the waitress Jenna was sweet and kind and even letting me have poutine with my buffalo ranch wings while my mother had her dry Cajun wings and normal fries with gravy dip. Overall, this is a 10 gold star review from me. It’s amazing.

I had a great experience at Boston pizza this last week!! I sat in the bar side and had Jenna as my server and she gave excellent service, I was able to enjoy my time, my meal in a great atmosphere and was very well looked after by our server bringing a positive attitude and worked in a timely manner!! Will definitely be going back again as they also have fun events going on with chances to win prizes and they play all the games!! 10 STARS if I could 😊😊😊

A pretty typical lunch at Boston Pizza - just didn’t see our server much but it looked like the only one taking orders on the dining room side

Dined in with my family party of 5, we were greeted and shown to our table, each ordered a meal, my daughter’s personal pizza had green peppers instead of hot peppers, fine she ate it anyways. I ordered fish tacos, for almost $20 it’s was 90% coleslaw and the smallest slivers of fish on each taco, I took a bite of the first taco thinking maybe it’s hidden, nope all coleslaw. I never return food, but I asked the server if this was normal she agreed it was sub-par and had it removed from my bill. I was starving but that food was not worth it. The rest of the food was ok, despite restaurant having barely a handful of people, we never got a refill until after our meals were done and were never offered. This is very unfortunate because I used to come to this location on a weekly basis, but each time I say we’ll give them another shot the food and service has sadly declined.
