We ate the regulars, lol, pizza and pasta which is always delicious and unbeatable. Sports vibes everywhere, games running, it just has the perfect vibe to enjoy a game night. Also has game night specials,,,, not to mention you will wait a bit for the food but it is gonna be worth it.

It was my first time dining in at this location. Total unwelcoming experience. Waitress took so long to come and take our order. Thankfully order came on time. We needed a refill on our drinks but no one was around in the entire restaurant and had to wait 15 minutes to ask for a refill. After finishing our dinner, we again had to first wait at the table so that someone can come and give us the bill to checkout but again nobody was around. We got up and stood at the main counter for 5-7 minutes and then the waitress came and gave us the bill. The staff really needs to improve their customer service and needs to be more welcoming for all the customers.

Went with a bunch of friends for Lunch. They have a great lunch menu for $15. which included your meal, a drink and a starter salad, soup or garlic toast. You can't beat that! Is lots of main lunch choices. We will all definitely be back for lunch. Their happy hour menu is nothing to write home about. I wouldn't bother with it.

We decided to come out for pizza and wings and were greeted by Carter, he was so quick and personable. It was wonderful to see Nicole still working there although she was not our server she still came over to say hi. Anna is so sweet she even puts cute stickers on the bill at the end of our visit.
Nicole made our evening all the better. Thanks for the great service. Bring back the mints.

I ordered a take out pizza and didn’t realize that my pizza was made incorrectly until I got home. No way for it to be rectified. Unfortunate,Boston Pizza should be verifying their orders before they send them out. Disappointed.
Please do not come here; the customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money—go to the Waterloo location instead, which is much better. The Indian guy at the reception was very disrespectful and didn't understand how to provide good customer service. Additionally, the food was cold. I will never come here again.

Used to like visiting this location. Don’t imagine I’ll ever return return. When first arriving it took 20 minutes to have someone take a drink order, then when the food arrived I struggled to eat it with how many fruit flies were everywhere. I got thru maybe a third of the plate and spoke to the server. They agreed they had a lot right now and offered to speak to the manager about it to receive a discount on bill. Apparently the manager seen this as a non issue as no discount was granted.
