This place has gone extremely downhill!! Save your time and money and avoid this place at all costs. We were there on a weekday and there were about 3 people in the whole restaurant. We got seated quickly but waited about 20 minutes for someone to come see us. Candice was our server and we have never encountered a server this snarky and rude in our lives. From the moment she greeted us she had an attitude. She tried to memorize our order then came back 5 minutes later to confirm our entrees and actually put them through. We didn’t even get to enjoy the drinks we ordered since they came out at the same time as our meals and ontop of that she forgot our appetizer. When we asked her about it we got a rude “well I didn’t hear you order it” $100 later and we left still hungry and frustrated with the service we received during what was supposed to be a nice family dinner. Terrible experience and we will not be returning! Save your money and your time and go to one of the other restaurants in the area who actually have polite staff and value for your money!

Service can definitely take a while, but food is good. Don't come hungry or you'll end up hangry! The pops are $4 and because service was so slow we only got one refill: should have gotten water instead. "Thin crust is definitely not thin and the server said next time put more emphasis on thin when I order so that she can put a note in about it. Things can get loud so I bring my earplugs when I think of it beforehand. I like that they have their menu on the Weight Watchers app. I wish more restaurants did that!Kid-friendliness: My son loves the kids menu. That's the only reason we return.

Food was mediocre. Nothing special. Server was busy flirting with the men at the bar so it was great sitting there for 2 hours trying to get someone's attention so we could pay and leave.

We sat for 20 min at our table and not 1 person stopped by to even get us a drink or our order. We asked where our server was twice we kept being told she'll be here shortly yet three other tables that came in after us got served right away.We got fed up awaiting and left. The manager had no clue what was going on.Won't be back to this amateur show anytime soon.

My food came out cold and the waitress/bartender sent it back and brought it out and it was the same plate and still cold. I left it at the end of the table and some time went by. She came back but walked right past the table and went to the bar and then went and got dessert for a customer behind us..chatted with him for a few min and then came to us. This is now about 10min or so after she brought it out she came back and my wife was pretty much done her meal and I explained it's still cold and same food. I asked her why she didn't check on it after...her explanation was, well.. I have other customers. So I asked for the manager and explained the situation and said unfortunately I'm not paying for her meal either. He understood and said he was sorry and would speak to her. I've never had an issue before at any of the locations I've been to before but that was just terrible service from her. Hopefully it was just an off day.

Like others who advise not to go there, I say don't waste your money or time.The place was near empty and we were waiting for a take out box and the bill. The bartender/server was looking right at us and blabbing to someone she was more interested in, our plates and glasses long empty, and I finally had to get up and ask for it a second time.The food is on par with what astronauts might get in space; pre cooked, frozen, and reheated. They claim to be a pizza place but couldn't even get that order straight. And what pizza place doesn't have green olives?Making East side Mario's look like a Michelin award winner. Also not doing Boston any favours.Come on, is this the only way you can be competitive? At least manage your staff to care about the people who come in to give you a try. That server was way to important to be working there on Saturday afternoon. No value to be found on this visit.

The Girl in the bar seating area was excellent with service. Was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and came quickly. Everything was clean, and nice. Management staff seemed to be micro managing what was going on out in that area. That girl had everything under control but this guy kept coming out and angrily pointing at people and looking at her. That can't be any sort of fun work environment. He kinda seemed like a condescending greater than thou kinda guy. Props to the staff at the bar area and in the kitchen. Must be hard working around bosses like that.

We were five people in a group, ordered food and drinks, including classic nachos. Unfortunately, the nachos were only half cooked and greasy. When we complained to the server, they took it away without saying sorry. Surprisingly, we were still charged for it. Boston Pizza didn't meet the quality and standards they were known for, so it's no longer on our hangout list.
