The staff here are amazing, and the food was delicious + the service was fast and the workers were nice and educated about answering questions.

We came in and I'm a millennial, I'm in my thirties, im not picky, and there was literally nothing appealing on the menu and the chicken wing prices were bonkers. All the prices were bonkers. Like, where's the food?

Normally I would have good things to say about this location, but we went in on a Friday night for dinner, walked in and seen a group of people waiting, no big deal, thought they were delivery drivers etc. because there were at least 10-15 open tables combined in the dining room and bar. We spoke to the hostess who then said there was at least a 30 min wait. There was no explanation as to why considering all of the empty tables, even after looking at the empty spots and giving her a “confused” look 🤔 I get it, they may have been reserved, which I doubt that many were, but that part should have been explained a bit more, rather than just looking they they didn’t want the extra customers or they are just under staffed.
Time and time again we try this restaurant because we have these cards for free kids meals. The service continues to ATROCIOUS. Expect to wait a minimum of an hour for food after you order. I would suggest we typically average 20 to 30 minutes for drinks and 90 minutes for food to come. Tonight there were 5 tables in the dining room side and service took this long. We had a reservation and they seemed confused when we arrived. Our server took orders and didn’t come by to check on drinks even for the 90 minutes we waited for food. The only positive is the empty restaurant allowed the kids to somewhat run about without them bothering others.
When food FINALLY came out it clearly has sat under a heat lamp while they tried to get other food ready, as I suspect the kitchen is poorly staffed and under trained.
Boston pizza corporate office needs to step in and shut this particular location down. We legitimately considered using skip the dishes for JBCs from Wendy’s across the parking lot.

Went to watch first game of blue jays World Series. Service was super slow in dining room despite being half empty on a night that this place should have been packed. Empty glassware not bussed for over half hour. Just low effort or brutally understaffed. Food was okay at best.
Left and went to chucks. Place was packed. Service was excellent, food was great.

Worst experience in a restaurant in a long time. Ordered an appetizer and pizza for lunch. Waited a long time then both came out at the same time. Appetizer was nachos with beef. What I got was 5-massive chunks of beef. Asked the server if this was a joke and they apologized the later returned with a bowl of beef broken “the best they can”. I took my fork and broke up the beef properly in a minute. PS there was no flavour in the beef. The pizza was a thin crust. First time I had that at a BP. I had 2-slices and only once did I taste the sauce. My son also had 2-slices but both had zero sauce. Lastly, we were done eating and just talking then finally the waiter arrived asking if we needed anything. Had not seen him since we placed the order. I won’t be back and likely never go to any BP anywhere.

Worst service ever!The staff’s attitude was rude from the start, and it felt like customers were an inconvenience to them. I ended up leaving because the experience was so frustrating. Terrible service and very rude staff —I will never come back here again
I had a very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza. It was raining heavily in the evening, and we were half-drenched while also carrying heavy bags. Initially, there was no one at the counter, so my friend sat at a table to get settled. When the lady later arrived at the counter, she gave us an unpleasant look because we had already taken a seat.
When she came over with the menus, she repeated in a rude tone, “Next time I will take you to the seat.” This remark felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional, especially considering the situation we were in.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. A little kindness and understanding would have gone a long way, but instead we were left with a very negative impression.

Worst service ever! I went to this Boston Pizza and no one was at the counter. I waited for about 5 minutes, and when I temporarily took a seat, the server rudely told my friend that she was supposed to decide where we sit. She came back again and repeated, in a rude tone, that next time she would tell us where to sit. Even after that, nobody came to take our order. At that point, I decided to leave. Terrible service – the staff clearly don’t know how to treat customers. I don’t recommend coming here.

Went for a quick dinner and to take advantage of a free dessert offer and we were not disappointed. Our waiter Kash was very attentive and pleasant . We ordered pizza to share and it arrived hot, with a delightfully crispy crust and generous toppings. I tried the sticky toffee pudding which was quite tasty and my husband had the brownie which never disappoints. Service was amazing!
