Pizza Bar and Family Restaurant delivers a cozy, neighborhood-style experience with solid pizza, family-friendly service, and a relaxed bar vibe that works well for both casual dinners and small gatherings.

My family and I went and enjoyed a lovely lunch at this location, my husband and I are young parents with three little kiddos. Our server Jay P made the experience absolutely memorable! Not only was he so thoughtful in the way he delivered our food for the kids, all portended out perfectly; but he was such a kind and courteous server! We are looking forward to returning and being welcomed with his wonderful service!

This was our second time attending a birthday party at this Boston Pizza location - and the staff are amazing and the food is always top notch and delicious. The staff truly went over and above today to provide an exceptional day - the atmosphere was so welcoming and a great spot to have an event or just get together for a great meal!! Extra Special thanks so the kitchen!!

Our girls u16 team was in Cambridge for some basketball games. For lunch we attended Boston Pizza on Franklin Blvd. Our server Kyle was amazing! He was professional, attentive, and personable. He ensured we were always good and that our athletes were happy with their meals. Thank you Kyle the MVP of Boston Pizza!

My husband and I stopped in for lunch December 3rd 2026.
There were an older couple seated in the dining room, another young couple seated in the dining room and then us.
Service started off well but then dropped off. No other patrons came in while we were there. I had put my hand up at one point to single that we needed more water and the waitress was alerted by an incoming staff member. I had to go to the kitchen to ask for them to send someone to bring me the bill as there were no employees on the floor. The waitress finally came to our table and said she was in charge of the entire floor including the bar and other tasks. At the start of service she would have received a 20% tip but that lessened when I had to hunt for service. She ended up with a 10% tip and didn’t thank us at all for coming in. Shame. I Loved this location! There were zero customers in the restaurant when we left and One patron at the bar.
THE FOOD WAS ON POINT AND WAS DELICIOUS!!

Very disappointed. I've had good experiences with BP in the past. Not this time. Service was poor. Had to chase the waiter down to take our order.
First they brought someone else's meal to our table.
Eventually, we got our food. My jambalaya was cold when I got it. It had a spice rating of 2. I've had it in the past and enjoyed it. There was no spice in it this time.
My sister had a total of three shrimp in her Alfredo. We mentioned it and the waiter said he'd correct it by bringing more. Additional shrimp came after we completed the meal.
The Dr Pepper was light brown at best. The mixture was definitely off. Barely any taste. The root beer was better.
They didn't bring the garlic bread out with our meal. They said they were making more and it would be brought out once it was ready. We reminded them as we were eating as it still hasn't come. Unfortunately, it too arrived as we received the bill.
Speaking of the bill. When they asked if we wanted dessert, we said no. Just the bill. 15 minutes passed and I had to get up from the table to ask someone (I couldn't find our waiter) to bring it to us.
It was not busy and I could see at least three wait staff working. I'm not sure if that's normal, but the service was very bad.
At least the bathrooms were clean.
Won't be going back to this location. Not worth the money we spent.

Evan was our sever he was amazing and took very good care of us!!! Definitely recommend
There were three adults one child, service was slow even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The food was ok though the fries were not really crispy, I had the fish and chips but was not a fan of the batter. The coleslaw was kind of dry and tasteless. The server got more attentive as the dinner progressed and the others at the table liked their food for the most part. I think I would go back I do like the menu.

We came in and I'm a millennial, I'm in my thirties, im not picky, and there was literally nothing appealing on the menu and the chicken wing prices were bonkers. All the prices were bonkers. Like, where's the food?

Normally I would have good things to say about this location, but we went in on a Friday night for dinner, walked in and seen a group of people waiting, no big deal, thought they were delivery drivers etc. because there were at least 10-15 open tables combined in the dining room and bar. We spoke to the hostess who then said there was at least a 30 min wait. There was no explanation as to why considering all of the empty tables, even after looking at the empty spots and giving her a “confused” look 🤔 I get it, they may have been reserved, which I doubt that many were, but that part should have been explained a bit more, rather than just looking they they didn’t want the extra customers or they are just under staffed.
Time and time again we try this restaurant because we have these cards for free kids meals. The service continues to ATROCIOUS. Expect to wait a minimum of an hour for food after you order. I would suggest we typically average 20 to 30 minutes for drinks and 90 minutes for food to come. Tonight there were 5 tables in the dining room side and service took this long. We had a reservation and they seemed confused when we arrived. Our server took orders and didn’t come by to check on drinks even for the 90 minutes we waited for food. The only positive is the empty restaurant allowed the kids to somewhat run about without them bothering others.
When food FINALLY came out it clearly has sat under a heat lamp while they tried to get other food ready, as I suspect the kitchen is poorly staffed and under trained.
Boston pizza corporate office needs to step in and shut this particular location down. We legitimately considered using skip the dishes for JBCs from Wendy’s across the parking lot.
