It is a lovely store! We love their desserts! Some would say it's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it :)
I had been to this bakery before. The lady a the counter seem to be racist and bit rude as there was a white lady in front of me and she was talking to her nicely. I would never to go to such place again and I got there chicken pastry and when i heated up afyer coming home it smell so bad i could not even open the bag.
Lots of great stuff food is amazing
Very bad customer service at the counter the lady she breaking my cookies packages while she is checking out at customer that I don’t like that the way she is working sorry I can’t give 5 star and I’m a regular customer of this store today I feel so I review it sorry once again.
Great tasting products. A wide variety of hot, frozen and freshly made baked items. I'm obsessed with the Victoria Sponge Cake, scones, Cornish Pasty and breakfast pies.

Small selection of dry and low quantity baked that didn’t taste fresh.

As an expat Brit, I was excited to find a store that sold imported British goodies near me, but this store is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand they have a decent selection of British baked goods, snacks, canned goods, and candy (or sweets as we knew them in England), but the prices they charge are outrageous. Much higher than other British stores I’ve visited! For that reason, I typically only buy the reduced “out of date” items from here. Their stock is also a bit all over the place and I’ve often gone there for something specific but they’ve run out. The service is good but not exemplary and I also want to add that they charge a 2.26% fee for credit card purchases, which based on their already extortionate prices, is an insult. If there were other British stores close by, I probably would not shop here at all.

The egg custard tarts are undercooked. Wet pastry on the bottom. The Scottish bakery located in Preston is miles better for pastries. However this outlet has many packaged UK goods, especially pickled onions and a good selection of chocolate goods.
