Two times in a row ordered drive through and discovered when I got home items were missing. Called restaurant several times noone answers. Tried to escalate concerns via the app. AI chariot says someone will email me within 24 to 48 hours. How is this helpful? What is your quality assurance process? Clearly it does not exist.

Terribly managed Burger King !!! I am from out of town. I Came through the drive thru for a buy one get one free limited time offer coupon for whoppers… I added a large fry and a snack box of to my order since it was just the burgers for the coupon… I only received one burger and a snack box. I didn’t receive my free (2nd) whopper OR my large fry that I already paid for on my MOBILE ORDER. (It had my online order on the bag). So I proceeded to go inside and question the workers and who I believe was the manager, about my concern. I asked why I only received half of my order. He and another female worker then began trying to get another whopper on the grill. The lady brought a separate bag with a large fry and then the manager grabbed another bag with a snack box in it. He proceeded to give me two pies for free because he clearly felt bad. But when I got back into my vehicle and drove away already I realized they still messed up my order *facepalm*.

Just ordered the bikini bottom bundle and nothing came as advertised. No pineapple box. No treasure chest for the cheesy coins. Half the fun with this was the presentation and i got a whopping disappointment of a brown paper bag.

This is my favorite location of all time!, The Whoppers tasted like heaven and in the drive thru they have decent service but I still love the place! I recommend a Whopper plain with cheese!

I don’t even know what’s the point of having a drive-through for the store if they’re going anyway, make you wait for 10 to 15 minutes. The surprising factor is, even if I make an Uber order knowing that they are going to make it delay and if I arrive 20 minutes late, even then they’re gonna still ask me to wait for another 10 minutes. Maybe should just stop the drive-through service, not once not twice every time.

Friday night I ordered from here on DoorDash They gave my order to someone else and refused to remake it and give it to the dasher. My dasher waited there for like 30 minutes and messaged me to call the store where they told me they gave it to someone else and weren't going to remake it. Disgraceful customer service never ordering from here again

I have to say I just encountered the most positive experience I have ever had with a fast food place. Shivam, who works the night/morning shift really delivered quality service and I could not be happier. I'd like to acknowledge just how nice he was, making me glad I chose to get Burger King. Not to mention the food was made completely fresh and was exceptional, especially compared to other Burger King locations. Will always be coming back here when its late and I'm hungry!
