Came and got two whopper combos With cheeseasked for hot food twice light mayonnaise. After I paid, I said make sure my food is piping hot, please. got to the table I didn’t have cheese on my whopper, so my friend took my whopper up to get cheese on. It started eating my fries. They were cold squeezed it not even warm to the touch by the time I got my whopper cheese and I asked for light mayonnaise and I didn’t get light mayonnaise on my second one. I told Buddy My fries and her fries are cold. In about two minutes after that, I’m done my fries and the manager comes over and gives me a free fry too late. Should’ve been done right away.

Shiva deserves a promotion! I’m usual one of the last drive-thru customers a couple times a week and I am always so happy to see Shiva when I pull up to the window, he always goes above and beyond which I didn’t know was possible at a drive-thru window, even at the end of his shift! Order is always right (which is a big asks at drive-thru windows nowadays), Super cheerful, He always has a smile, and goes out of his was to make you smile. Shiva should be the inspiration and case study for your on boarding training videos!

The owner was the person at drive through window Shiba I had a conversation while food was being prepared , I expressed my delight with the service and food temperature and quality of his store . I tried to go into Burger King to get food for my pregnant girlfriend and got screamed out of the restaurant as soon as I entered saying there closed but the open signs were on and they said open online so I left terrible experience never buying here again

It’s bin a while since I’ve bin to Burger King. Can I just say that the food was deliciously hot. The people behind the counter were very polite and treated my daughter very well. Thanks Burger King. It wasn’t overly expensive and the strawberry lemonade was to die for

drive through is worst. Spent around 15 minutes in the drive through and even when i reached near the mic literally there was no car in front of me and still had to wait for more than 2 minutes over there
