I went to drive thru. I had been told to wait for 5 minutes. I waited for 10 minutes still didn't get my order, so I had to went in to check for the order and it was not ready. I ordered Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and the sandwich had little to no Nashville sauce. Very poor experience, try to go to some other Burger King if you can.

Just went in to use the bathroom upon Entering the restaurant I slipped on the mat caught myself. It would seem that when they mop the restaurant, they're mopping the grease all over the floor. I've worked in fast food myself and I've noticed the same thing.
When I was leaving tried to tell the 3 ppl at the counter, who said she put water down. And it didn't help. No slip sign, no picking up mat as the match and the floor we're making it slippery together. I showed the lady when lifted up the mat. It wasn't a slippery It's left to be a hazard just left it to be a Hazzard. When commented this can be a law suit of someone falls they said who cares. I will be contacting head office safety should be a priority. This was an elderly person and may have threw out her hip. If she had fallen or if somebody falls and hits their head they could die. It seems that people come into this country and don't take safety seriously.

We got Shivam at the window and he provided us with exceptional service. We rolled up at 1 AM after they closed at 12. We didn’t want food but we saw that they had the new Burger King crowns so we wanted to ask if we could have one and he gave us some. Making our entire night 1000 times better. Burger King service is way better than McDonald’s. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE ON MAIN STREET BECAUSE THEY ARE PHENOMENAL TOO
