I was disappointed with my experience today. I ordered tea and was told there was none. I asked if there were tea bags, and was told that the hot water on the machine was not working so they could not make tea. I did not want coffee. Long story short, the server finally said that she would make me tea in the microwave. I was fine with that until I asked for cream, and there was none. I think that there is a management issue as far as ordering supplies and getting repairs done.

Has never once gotten my order correctly but my kids enjoy burger king and this is the only location we can order from at home. Always missing 1-4 items each meal.

The way their system works is really annoying bcz they onky start preparing the order the customer only after the uber delivery guy asking for the order which makes no sense at all .Hope they get this sorted out.

CHARGING TAX DURING ONTARIO NO TAX SEASON. Terrible service, terrible attitudes. Refuse national sales and forces up charges on you when the Burger King 5 minutes away on hespler road honors deals that the chain is advertising. They are also constantly out of food. The building would serve more purpose to the city if they let the homeless squat inside to escape the winter cold because they canât even function as a Burger King.

Gave me watered down orange lemonade but the problem occurred when I came back to tell the lady, she looked at another female and laughed⊠which is very annoying after being inconvenienced⊠honestly upsetted me but got it fixed⊠please be more professional

I love Burger King. I found Blood orange lemonade. It was tasty. I love lemonade but this one is a little bit mild. So, if you don't like lemonade (if it's too sour for you) then please try this one. And if you use an app then it's cheaper even on Whopper Wednesday. 2 Whopper meals for $16.99

Horrible experience worst experience at a fast food place horrible customer service they didnât even know English was disgusting inside and I could not get the order I wanted because they âdidnât have pattiesâ but was able to have them for people of the same culture as them was extremely dirty and disgusting

Stood at the counter for 15 mins. Watching the guy keep helping drive thru. The girl just walked in the back and didn't help any of us. Terrible service. Ended up leaving.

The best burger King out there. I've been there about 10-15 times, waiting to do a review because I couldn't believe I always got our food correct and hot. I can't believe people line up around the building next door for Mc Ds when they always mess up food and it's cold when you go here and get proper food the way it's suppose to be. Great job here I can't compliment them enough. They get it right here at this Burger King. Keep up the good work ?.

Great Friday Afternoon at Burger King!
Stopped by for a quick biteâthe Whopper was juicy, the fries were crispy, and the service was fast. The place had a nice, relaxed vibe, making it a perfect spot to start the weekend early!
