I am not going to suggest someone about this restaurant also not gonna order food from them.
Such a rude restaurant, there was a whole black ice outside and I went in to pick up order for 3rd party delivery service, they wanted me to go outside again and bring my thermal bag. Though I told them I have it in my car but still they didn’t understood. I have to go back on the black ice for just a small delivery bag. Atleast they should understand weather conditions. Or they should salt their area so nobody will fall in their parking lot.
I’ve been to this Burrito Boyz location multiple times, and unfortunately the experience is usually negative because of one staff member. There is a guy who wears glasses who constantly talks with a bad attitude and is very rude. Not only toward customers, but even the way he speaks to other staff members is uncomfortable to see.
Customer service really matters, and this kind of behavior makes the place feel unwelcoming. The food is okay, but the rude attitude ruins the experience every time. Management should seriously look into this.
