Went during Customer Appreciation Day and received a 10ā€ burrito free! No strings attached. The ground beef burrito was delicious. The toppings were very fresh and they didn’t skimp. They ran out of ground veggie soy so my vegan companion settled for roasted vegetables which were fine. They also had a vegan topping, so good on them. Prices were comparable to other burrito places. Didn’t know they also have Yogen Fruz and Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, so definitely an added incentive to return! A few tables available for eat-in but we did takeout.

The employees are so sweet, they’re super patient and kind. This is such a good burrito spot, tasty burritos and good vibes. They also give generous amounts of toppings which is shocking for most burrito places I’ve been to. 100% recommend.

ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience ever! I wanted to support local, but definitely will never be back! The online order apparently didn't go through to the store, but took my money. Got a confirmation email that food would be ready at the time selected and payment was made in full. My daughter went to pick it up after work and they had no order for us. My daughter gave them the order number and all they did was give her a card to email someone for a refund. Didn't offer to make the food and said they couldn't do a refund at store level. My husband had to drive down to get the money back. They did finally issue a refund....but it can take 5-7 days. Like what???!

My Review Account

Good experience overall. Got their version of a Crunchwrap Supreme and it was pretty good and filling. Prices are a little high and initially looking at the menu it's a little confusing, but the person serving me was very helpful and answered all my questions and even gave some recommendations. Food was fresh and they didn't skimp on toppings.

Three times now I've ordered through the app and when I arrived at the pick up time they hadn't even started the order. This last time the girl wouldnt even print my order, I had to tell her what I ordered.
Why bother ordeing ahead? Frustrating when you are on a hurry.

Update: I was reluctant to come back but did and have had a really positive experience since. No waiting!

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I received a call from ā€œArleneā€ about my UberEats order, letting me know they didn’t have one of the items I ordered. I told her that was fine and asked her to cancel the order entirely. She said okay.

A few minutes later, I noticed the order hadn’t been cancelled, so I called back. This time, she told me she couldn’t cancel it and needed to check with her manager. Why say yes in the first place if that wasn’t true?

Also, I know for a fact that restaurants can cancel orders through UberEats, I’ve had it happen before. As a regular customer, I’m shocked they’d mislead me and refuse to fix the issue over a $6 item. Absolutely unacceptable. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Edit: It’s been over a week and no one has reached out to rectify this situation. That says everything about how little they care about their customers.
