After an issue with our order we received a phone call from the owner explaining the history and his purpose of his pizza shop and also first and foremost he did everything possible to ensure we were happy. As with many businesses we rely on our staff to set the example we want our businesses to follow. The owner corrected the issue and even replaced our entire order at another date to ensure 100% satisfaction. All this was offered without me having to ask for anything. I was upset over one of the items purchased and most places would just replace the one item but this company wants to make sure you are coming back.

We have both sides of feedback for this place:Super nice and professional staff, provided extra help to choose the right combo for our family, order was ready within 15 min, it was not busy at all, we got a good deal for pizza, wings, garlic bread ad pops for 29 bucks. 1st time visit, we thought we found a jewel for our 2 teenagers Friday nights usual menu.Pizza and garlic bread are well approved, cheesy, great flavor, and savoury crust.Unfortunately, when the time came to feast on their wings, which we asked to be PLAIN + honey garlic sauce in the side, the cooking type and flavor were far from being plain. It was not a joyful susprise.... A very strong curry flavor did not pass the 'like test' after the first bite. Mouth, fingers, and napkins were super greasy and orange. The honey garlic sauce had a very strange gooey, wet starch-like flavor, garlic was not in the picture. Just weird and unpleasant.Kudos on the pizza and breads, but the wing and sauce experience was just not for us... at all. Not coming back.The best of luck.

I had a great experience with Cambridge Pizza for my daughters baptism party. We had been recommended here by my Dad who calls this his "go to pizza place". The staff at Cambridge Pizza were extremely proficient in our communications leading up to the event to sort out all the details of our order and delivery, and were happy to answer all of my questions. A day or two prior to the event we had a massive change in number of guests and they were happy to accommodate our change of order without hesitation. The food was delivered hot, fresh and on time, and was absolutely delicious. It is hard to believe all of the above things were also followed by an amazing price. I will absolutely be ordering from Cambridge Pizza again in the future!

My review is long overdue because I visited this amazing pizza shop about a month ago.I have been here a few times and every time I do it’s always been the best pizza ever!!!Right now I just had the Super deluxe snd I added anchovies and oh WOW so delicious ?Always fresh and such generous amount of toppings and the crust is always perfect.The young lady and gentleman working on a regular are always very welcoming and give the best service.Oh to top it off the prices are great!!!!This is my go to pizza place from now on.Thank you!?See you soon.

The gentleman's my son went to that store this afternoon and went to go and purchase a pizza he was short 13 cents they wouldn't allow him to take the pizza away so they he decided to leave and when he left they turned around and still took the money off of the card without giving a product okay so I am his father I went I turned around and I went and I dealt with it and I got my money back now the owner the owner of this facility called me threatening me just now went outside to the yard you had to wear that business isn't going to be around much longer just so the general public knows he also threatened a five-year-old little girl my daughter that that business that gentleman the owner the owner for the owner to call the customer who is in the right to begin with and threaten them good luck keeping that business homie
