I'm very disappointed with the service, we rarely ever saw our waiter. We managed to get a couple drinks, barely, and apps but we waited almost 45 minutes to order our meals before we decided to leave. I will never come back after tonight. Absolutely appalling service.

The atmosphere is amazing. Not anything like Kitchener Chicago. The service is good and the billards tables are decent. The food is okay but I haven’t had it all. I will definitely be going there more.

Its been awhile since I been here. The tables are in rough condition drinks spilled on them and wat not. The bathrooms are run down. The cues are rough. The servers are great. Gonna say the food is good. Gonna try.

Did not get a great feeling yesterday at the place, heater was off food went cold in a jiffy, it was so cold that we had to run out of the place and sit in my car for a minute to get my feet warm before I left. We usually spend about 2 hours in a place, but left as soon as finished my first drink. They gave one plate for two of us, asked for a plate which we never got. Went to pee and the toilet was so cold that I was shaking till I finished my job. Better close the place if you are unable to run it.
Great vibe, the felt on the tables is horrible though, ruined the experience. Please refelt the tables.

The different areas in the pub are nicely separated, so it never feels too loud, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after a long day of work. The food is also tasty and satisfying. It’s a great place to unwind, and I always enjoy coming here with friends on the weekends.
