I’ve had multiple instances where I was charged regular prices instead of the advertised daily specials, including sides. This has happened multiple times, and I’ve pointed it out to the staff. Unfortunately, there have been times when I didn’t realize it until after paying. It’s made me hesitant to return, even though I do enjoy the specials. It’s disappointing because it feels like either poor training or an attempt to charge more than what's advertised. Either way, it's causing me to visit less often, or even stop going altogether.

The chicken burgers are amazing! I didn't come for the decor but that place could use some touch up paint. They also have a great selection of soft drinks.

Very bad resterand and its poor

The food is pretty tasty and well priced. I've tried quite a few different items from here and none of them disappointed. The one standout dish though, in my opinion, is their peri peri tenders. They're covered in a spicy, smoky peri peri pepper glaze and finished on a grill which adds a bit of char and further smokiness. I can only just tolerate the spice level on these but they're so addictive they keep you coming back for more. I'd highly recommend this item to anyone wanting to try something unique and delicious. I'm also beyond impressed at their extensive menu consisting of practically anything and everything you can think of with a huge selection of entrees, appetizers, desserts, and drinks including rare USA only soda for an actually fair price. Not only that but they're open 24 hours.

I called Chicken Kitchen and ordered the chicken nanza that was on offer, but they told me it was out of stock and only available at the regular price. I don’t understand this kind of “offer” — basically, it’s just a business trick. The offer was valid until 12 a.m., and I called at 11 o’clock.

Waited a long time for food that wasn't worth the money..tasted like burnt oil..over cooked couldn't eat it...chicken on a bun counter person told me it was chicken breast...it most certainly wasn't, it was a tiny over cooked chicken thigh that waa squashed in the middle to try attempting fitting the bun...onion rings burnt tasting like old oil....never again

Today, I was at the store waiting for my order when I overheard a conversation between a senior employee and a new trainee. The senior was quite rude to the trainee, and it made me reflect on how some people can be insincere when interacting with others.
I just want to offer some advice for owner and manager : it's essential to be polite to everyone, as rudeness can have a negative impact on not only the person you’re speaking to but also those who witness the interaction. I believe that seniors could benefit from training on how to communicate effectively and respectfully.

Love how they have different deals on Fridays. On fridays, one person food wud cost less than $10. :)

The food is still good, I always get the chicken sandwich but they recently became a product of shrinkflation. I’ve been coming here for about 2.5 years and the chicken in the sandwich used to be a real piece of chicken but the last two, they’re thin like paper and more breading than chicken. Disappointing. Used to be the best.

Was in a real hurry on Saturday around lunch and swung in here to grab something quick. The guy working was super friendly, made me a chicken wrap on the double, and it was extremely tasty. Will definitely go back some time when I have a longer chance to check out the extensive menu and grab a more substantial meal to take home.
