There are beef burgers are not made from fresh meat anymore. They use frozen premade patties now. I have bought on 3 different occasions within the past couple of months and all of them have been from frozen patties. Tastes like the mina halal beef patty.

I better suggest you to remove the kunafa chocolate from your menu and store as it is defaming the chocolate. 8 dollars is what I paid and got it . The worst kunafa chocolate I had 👍🏽sorry it’s not even worthy to be called kunafa as there’s not much stuffing inside the chocolate 😂

Mash potato’s were terrible the chicken tenders tasteless this place use to be good a few years ago but not anymore not sure if the owner ship changed

The food I ordered was cold and soggy. My sausage on a bunch was soaked in sauce. Chips were super stale on my fries supreme and the cheese curds were not melted in at all. Cheesecake was stiff too, looked old.very dissatisfied this time with my order here.

I usually love this place. Ordered cheesy fries and cheesy sausage which I ordered before and was delicious. Ordered again tonight and both was so spicy. I don’t do spice and it wasn’t said on the menu. Waste of money because I can’t have any spice. Say on your menu it’s spicy. When I ordered before I had no spice just cheese sauce.

WORST chicken i’ve EVER had in my LIFE. please don’t buy from here, it’s genuinely nasty.

They used to be amazing the last few times I order and always have a problem today I ordered a chicken poutine and had to call as there was no cheese they said but didn't say anything when I order going to be awhile before I go back if at all

My food was made terribly and customer service is awful. My. Chicken was raw on the inside and purely pink. Thank god I checked it before I ate it. They make my order incorrectly every single time and expect me to not complain and give no resolution. Don’t bother wasting your money. I also want to put out there that all of their good reviews are from their employees lol so don’t let the good ones fool you.

Worst cheesecake I ever had. It was stiff, as if a week old. And that too for 9$
However, chicken sandwich was very good. Tenders were nice and tasty. Great point for crispy Halal items. But not for cheesecake.
