I totally agree with pretty much all of these recent comments. It’s like Chuck’s has been recently taking over by someone new and it’s totally not the same . Spinach dip is 13.99 was sent out dried to the plate and wasn’t enough to dip one single piece of bread . Then the loaded cheese fries were so dried out from sitting under a heat lamp . And it took 45 minutes to even receive this food . Waitress was friendly but the cook should be laid off He/she is not good for business. Overall nice place to sit and have food and drinks friendly staff , but the food quality has gone WAY DOWN!!!

I love chucks normally but this locations food was dry overcooked . My family's meal was just as bad dad had chicken also overcooked and was toilet bound for a few hours afterwards

Horrible quality of food. My mom ordered a steak and it tasted like BLEACH. We all tried it. Probably trying to hide an old peice of meat. DISGUSTING. Will never go here or recommend this location!!

Don't even deserve the 1 star given, ordered a light medium rare steak , it came out medium well. Sent it back she came out with another steak cooked the exact same way 2 minutes later. Manager came out to argue with me that it is medium rare instead of making me a new one cooked properly bringing the steak card verifying exactly what I was saying that it wasn't matching the picture shown for medium rare. By this time my family was done eating their meals and they left me to eat only the mash potatoes and corn to which they also charged me for.

They closed early and left us standing in the lobby for 20mins before letting us know they did last call an hour ago.

The employee came to the waiting area had unwelcoming expression and she denied the entry saying “ we have a call out tonight and we are closing early and we took our last order” but the white family after us were accommodated. Really bad experience! Never going back to this location. It was my first and last visit. Please teach your employees to treat everyone the same and teach some customer service skills.
Was looking forward to a Sunday evening dinner with family. Worst service, cold environment, mediocre food. So dissatisfied. First time ever I was contemplating walking out without paying. Train your staff better

Its tough to always get it right (for some reason) but Chucks went out of their way and served us before they were going to close. And our food was great. Thank you!!

I was just at this location and stood waiting to be seated. Nobody even approached me, do Ieft. I guess there Cambridge restaurants just can't get good service.

Chuck's used to be one of my favorite hangout spots, but my recent visit completely changed my opinion. I wish there were an option to give negative ratings because the service I received was truly awful.
Our server, THE LAURYN, was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the start. She seemed annoyed by even the simplest questions and acted as if serving us was a chore. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our drinks, which were wrong when they finally arrived, with no apology. When we politely asked for refills or assistance, she responded with eye-rolls and sighs, making us feel like a burden.
This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I’m seriously reconsidering ever coming back. Chuck’s management needs to address this kind of behavior because it’s driving loyal customers away. Lauryn's attitude was not just disappointing — it was unacceptable and disrespectful.
We got the Ribs and Wings combo. It doesn't show as an option on this review to pick though. They have some sort of convenience fee but its is still cheaper than most dine out restarauts.

Some staff is not good server and with some attitude specially Lauryn and she talk really rude and i feel really disrespected and disappointed that I will never visit this place again and it was my first time but last time as well her attitude was so bad she disrespected my friend and i was horrible.
