Server/bartender seemed like she was uninterested in providing good service. The burger was ok. But cheese and or bacon are way over charged for. Fries were not fresh and hot, but seemed to have been cooked quite some time before the burger was ready. It's too bad. The price for a beer and a burger are really good. If the customer experience was really good also, this place would always be packed. As it was, there was a fair bit of room open at 6:00 on a Friday evening.

One and only time I will go to this restaurant. I ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare and I got a steak that was not only well done but you could make shoes out of it. Two owner/managers and the waitress approached and did nothing other than apologize. Didn't try to fix or comp it. Never again. Waste of money for their mistake.

Dropped off my daughter and 4 of her friends for appetizers. They were told that Chucks only accepts cash, and that they could only order apps if they order drinks. I called the store to ask if their debit system was down but was told no. So what’s the deal? You don’t want to serve a group of young girls?
You just lost a few customers. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to deter kids from having dinner.

Came in to celebrate a friend's birthday. Sat a group of people in front of us and then 5 minutes later told my group that they just sat the last table. It was 9 30pm and there was lots of room.

By far one of the best steaks I've had I like mine blue and got just what I ordered this may not be for everyone but they will make it just the way you ask I had the porterhouse 20 Oz perfect

My friends and I, a group of seven people, visited your restaurant to celebrate the completion of our second semester. We are regular customers to your restaurant and we never faced any situation like this before in your restaurant, if you want we can share the bills of previous visits. As immigrants, we understand the challenges of adapting to life in Canada, and we always strive to treat others with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, our experience at your restaurant was far from pleasant due to the behavior of one of your waitstaff and her name Alessia
While placing our order around 10:10 PM, we politely requested two 54 oz beers to share among the five of us who wished to drink. However, the waitress responded in a dismissive and rude manner, refusing our request unprofessionally. She said she can offer only one. Her tone and attitude made us feel unwelcome, and we were taken aback by her outright refusal without any courteous explanation.
To provide context, my friends and I have dined at various restaurants, including high-end establishments, and we have never felt the need to leave a negative review until now. We were nothing but respectful throughout our visit, yet her behavior significantly impacted what was supposed to be a memorable celebration. At one point, she even told us, “Don’t come back to this restaurant again,” which was both unprofessional and disheartening.
I want to clarify that this feedback is not intended to criticize your restaurant’s management or ownership, as we understand you may not be aware of such incidents. However, as someone who values fairness and good service, I felt compelled to bring this to your attention. The attitude of staff members directly affects your restaurant’s reputation and customer loyalty. If needed, you may verify our conduct through CCTV footage, as we remained courteous at all times.
We sincerely hope you will review this matter internally to ensure such incidents do not recur with other patrons. We would hate for others to have a similar experience, as it reflects poorly on your otherwise well-regarded establishment.
While we will not be returning to this location, we hope our feedback helps improve the overall customer experience for future guests. Thank you for your time and understanding.

It shows the closing is at 12 but they will start closing at 10:15 and will mention the dumbest answers. They won’t even serve what the customers want. If you want to improve customer experience first change the servers, their behaviour and their experience closing time.

she mentioned “dont come back” we don’t know what mistake we did and we were asked to leave. If you value customer then please instruct the particular server to give respect to the customers. The food was very good but when serving make sure to mention the correct timings. Don’t disrespect the customer because we just came because you were open till mid night.

Had a terrible experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse & Bar tonight. Our server, ALESSIA, made discriminatory remarks and told us “please don’t come back.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
