Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

They suck there open on Google map till 1 am had ppl drive 45 minutes both p Parties drove from 2 different directions. We Gowen at 11:22 and we're told by the staff they're closed or closing restaurant was 70% full. Still had empty tables manager coming. Talk to me afterwards, because I said I wish to talk to them and she said sorry, we are closed. We're not allowing anybody else in. So sad maybe they should change their hours to closing whenever they decide

Has been mine and my buddies go to spot to watch the leafs games and any other sports for years. Decide to go for my birthday and get told that it’s a maximum of 3 drinks a person, but have been coming for years and never had that issue. Instantly grabbed the bill, and never plan on returning

Foods meh came out cold They also only allow us to have 3 drinks the whole night? Came here for my buddy’s birthday it’s unbelievable very awful establishment do not recommend

Would not be able to comment on food only service when we arrived at 930pm we were told that they were already closed when there kitchen hours are until 10pm. We went to St Louis bar and grill and had a great time. Due to the rude refusal I had to make this a 1 star.

Lately chucks has not been good. Tonight when I was there I ordered nachos and when it came out I was very disappointed. Barely anything on the nachos.. it was basically just chips. Asked for extra sour cream was that was 1.00 more 😳 I get it but whattttt! I think the nachos need to be reevaluated because the last few times I’ve been (months apart) they have had nearly no cheese, no toppings and kind of cold.

Went in one night took and was almost empty took them 10 minutes to seat us than another 10 minutes to come back to tell us there daily special was out and when i asked if there was anything they could do to comp that the waitress said no but we could order there half price apps since it's after 9pm went to the other chucks 5 minutes down the road got seated instantly and was told at the door they were getting low but still had today's special if we were interested never will come back to this location again enjoying spending my money at the other place far better train your people better please

I totally agree with pretty much all of these recent comments. It’s like Chuck’s has been recently taking over by someone new and it’s totally not the same . Spinach dip is 13.99 was sent out dried to the plate and wasn’t enough to dip one single piece of bread . Then the loaded cheese fries were so dried out from sitting under a heat lamp . And it took 45 minutes to even receive this food . Waitress was friendly but the cook should be laid off He/she is not good for business. Overall nice place to sit and have food and drinks friendly staff , but the food quality has gone WAY DOWN!!!

Food was cold. Ordered mushrooms and didn’t receive them. Food arrived too late and didn’t want to wait for another hour for my food. Everyone’s orders were wrong.

I love chucks normally but this locations food was dry overcooked . My family's meal was just as bad dad had chicken also overcooked and was toilet bound for a few hours afterwards

Horrible quality of food. My mom ordered a steak and it tasted like BLEACH. We all tried it. Probably trying to hide an old peice of meat. DISGUSTING. Will never go here or recommend this location!!

Don't even deserve the 1 star given, ordered a light medium rare steak , it came out medium well. Sent it back she came out with another steak cooked the exact same way 2 minutes later. Manager came out to argue with me that it is medium rare instead of making me a new one cooked properly bringing the steak card verifying exactly what I was saying that it wasn't matching the picture shown for medium rare. By this time my family was done eating their meals and they left me to eat only the mash potatoes and corn to which they also charged me for.

They closed early and left us standing in the lobby for 20mins before letting us know they did last call an hour ago.

The employee came to the waiting area had unwelcoming expression and she denied the entry saying “ we have a call out tonight and we are closing early and we took our last order” but the white family after us were accommodated. Really bad experience! Never going back to this location. It was my first and last visit. Please teach your employees to treat everyone the same and teach some customer service skills.

Was looking forward to a Sunday evening dinner with family. Worst service, cold environment, mediocre food. So dissatisfied. First time ever I was contemplating walking out without paying. Train your staff better
