Place is a joke. Clearly posted $4 beers for the leaf game. I asked the waitress for 2 as it was on a small menu in the table. She told me it was not going on. Come on why you have this on your website and the table? The maple ? were playing.

It was one of the worst experience eating here. I actually liked Chucks after trying the one at Niagara falls. But let me tell you guys, the service, ambience, especially the food is below average. We ordered couple of items, shrimp tempura and wings were still on ok side. But the Nachos and the cheesy loaded fries were disgusting. Both of rhe items had may be just a dollop of cheese, to just show customer that it has cheese and the cheesy loaded fries, were too too bad. The chef inside just put those fries in the oil and i think had no patience for it to cook and served almost raw.After being told the server, she said ‘oh my BOSS would say it is always served like that only, but let me see’. N they put in like microwave and gave us the same exact oily, soggy, raw fries on the table…. Not going to come back and not recommended at all.If it is half the price of the appetizers or anything, guys maintain the quality and quantity, dont be so cheap.

Took my girlfriend and son out for dinner, got 3 burgers that were black. Spinach dip was horrible too, complained and even got lip from the owner. Lost my business. Montanas next time

Food was good. Increase the price of meals and food instead of charging an "honest to goodness fee". It's deceptive since it's not explained before you order. Also, the explanation I was given for it, to keep food prices "low for everyone", makes no sense. You charge everyone an additional arbitrary % amount anyway, what does it matter if the food is an extra few dollars? I assume I don't have to tip because you pay staff a living wage with the additional revenue.

2 full glasses of water were spilt all over my friend. Not a single apology from the staff or management, no free dinner was offered, the only remorse they had was a free desert. Horrible service and will definitely not be visiting again.

Always love chucks. Past 9pm apps are great. Drinks are fairly priced too. Usually loud but that's expected.
i cant even say anything about the food but the workers are beyond disgusting i work in customer service as well i understand that it’s not the greatest but it’s just human decency and respect not to mention its YOUR JOB i called just now to make a reservation and the girl who pick up and hello in a very tone and proceeded to ask me “what do you want” i immediately hung up the phone i dont even want to eat anymore that disrespect killed my appetite not to even mention everytime ive come in here and had a decently young server they have been snobby and rude its a horrible look not to mention simply making me and my partner uncomfortable while eating

I always have a great experience here. The owner Mike is an awesome guy, always out there hustling. Last night the place was rammed and our server Vicky was all over it. Fast and friendly, zero delay. Great job Chucks on Hespeler!
