It is my first time here !One thing that I can speak of is how patient and friendly the team was. I walked in with no clue what I wanted.. my brother and I met Navjot who was so kind to repeat herself MULTIPLE times because we didn’t know what we wanted ! The other staff smiled and laughed at my jokes as well!I can honestly say I am so impressed with the food, team and the store !Keep up the amazing work guys
Don't go here if you want what you order. Go to Guelph location. They don't understand when someone orders the meal PLUS gravy. They take that as a side and only give you gravy and not the fries even though you specify you want the meal PLUS gravy. Also their fries suck, Guelph location doesn't have soggy fries.

I love fried chicken but I (understandably) struggle to find one that does not have egg or milk in their batter (I’m intolerant and feel incredibly sick after consuming). Not only can I eat the chicken from here but it tastes amazing! I’m glad it opened up in Cambridge so I can fulfill my fried chicken craving on demand. I usually order pick up and it is ready in minutes. I cannot speak for their other food because I avoid it due to my intolerance, but their main is more than enough for me.I pick up food from them often and other than the chicken sometimes being dry (towards the evenings I noticed) it’s really enjoyable. I’m also one of those psychos that can eat food cold and was forced to eat them cold a few times for getting delayed after picking them up and still enjoyed them.
This location of Church's Texas Chicken used to be good when it was new, but not anymore. The portion sizes have become tiny, and for the price they charge, it's not worth it. Look at the size in the picture posted. I'd suggest going to Mary Brown or KFC instead, where you'll get better value for your money. It's sad to see the decline in quality at this location compared to how it was when it first started.

Had 6 folks over for dinner so ordered 16 pieces. Should be lots, I thought. Imagine my surprise when I got home and all 16 fit in one box. That’s possible when it’s mostly wings. 2 drumsticks and 2 bigger ones (one breast). Embarrassing as their portions had been fair in the past. Called the next day and asked for manager to call about my concern. Nothing. Here’s a pic of them spread out. Never again.
