Stopping by at this location for the first time. Lovely location, but there was no paper towels in the washroom to simply wash my hands before eating and the very young woman serving me had No manners. She also handled cash and then the food and drink without sanitizing her hands for a moment. None of this is acceptable. May report to the head office.

Went for breakfast and enjoyed the carrot cake and a matcha latte. Staff was helpful and the customers in store all were in great moods to start their day at Coffee Culture! :) Can't wait to visit again.

Food and coffee was good. Fast. Wifi does not work. Student staff was snarky and sarcastic about me (curiously) asking how recently the modem was reset. Apparently that’s above her pay grade, and so are manners, apparently? I understand not wanting to go above and beyond for a minimum wage job, but come on… there’s also a line. None of the outlets are putting out enough juice. Many are damaged or yanked out of the trim. Laptop wouldn’t trust the outlet. The location/area doesn’t help for property damage, but a bit of maintenance would go a long way.
Won’t be back, will certainly be referring peers and colleagues elsewhere in the area. No presence from ownership.

it is a nice larger than it appears from the outside. parking is in the rear and also street parking is available. there are a lot of under housed people milling about in the street in early afternoon. it seemed clean and the coffee is served in real mugs ! good job !

Great choices of snacks and drinks for a cafe! A great place to wind down with friends, or a book, or a journal.

The servers like to be rude and be lazy and the homeless people are out front all the time and begging for money from hardworking people and the servers allow it even if there rude …. I think something needs to be done
They lock the front doors so you have to enter through a small side door. That's a problem because of my disability. They also have no automatic door for people with a disability so I'm forced to leave my mobility scooter outside, which blocks the small side entrance. while I'm forced to take a longer walk to the counter, which also has a horrible small ramp at the small door which is hard for me because of my disability. So basically if you have a disability go get coffee somewhere else because they don't want your business. Also even if I could get my scooter inside its too narrow for me to use inside.

Beautiful place! Been there to celebrate a little getaway coffee date. Loved the vibe and atmosphere. Definitely hard to get one of the booths, but oh still love the coffee! Tried also their everything bagel, really good!

Ive been here a few times and every single time they have messed up my order. Im also celiac so i cannot have gluten, i told them this. Yet they still gave me a gluten sandwich.
