The cake was really good — fresh and tasty — but the staff experience was disappointing. I went there around 1 AM after finishing my job, still wearing my safety shoes. While I was looking for cakes, one of the staff members mistook me for an Uber delivery driver. She apologized, which was fine, but then laughed about it with her colleague — that felt unprofessional. I still ignored it and picked a cake for my sister’s birthday. When I asked if they could write her name, she said no but offered a “Happy Birthday” tag instead. After I paid, she told me they didn’t have any tags in the store. In the end, the cake came plain — no name, no tag, just candles. The cake was great, but the staff really need to improve their attitude and professionalism.

They were very nice here! I just got some mini pancakes and they were delicious toppings were great and the woman working here tonight was very patient and kind and helped me to find what I wanted! I did want funnel cake and this was the second time I came in where I wasn’t able to get it but the service and amazing mini pancakes made up for it!

Too pricy in compare to quality. Waffles were not crispy enough, felt like we were having flour. They should try putting the syrup in between layers of waffles.

Absolutely Tasty!!! Had the lotus biscoff (waffle on a stick) I wish I got more than one. It tasted amazing & so much toppings. I used to go to Dspot & their prices were outrageous, and they were cheap on their toppings. Great job. The waffle was made perfectly. I will definitely be back 👌🏼

Went on a Monday at 3pm and it was pretty dead. Unfortunately couldn’t get the funnel cake bc the fryers weren’t on but got the sushi crepe and a milkshake for regular price which was pretty reasonable. The sushi crepe was amazing for the price and our friend loved his chocolate milkshake. Would come back to try something else on the extensive menu

I have recently ordered a viral chocolate strawberry cup and noticed that the chocolate sauce they use contains too much oil. This not only affects the taste but also makes it harmful for human health. I have also submitted a complaint to the Food Safety Department for inspection, as I believe food businesses should follow proper health standards. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure safer and better quality desserts.

Although the people working there are sweet and obviously trying hard... it's not working. There is zero ambience. Play some music even if it's instrumental. Its eerily quiet for a dessert spot. Looks like a greasy spoon for desserts. You obviously need to hire more people for summer and busy evenings. They cannot cope. Cleanliness needs to be a priority. Wasn't impressed sorry. Tried to support local but why dont you visit an Indulge and get some ideas on how to do business. First and foremost... smile and say hello to your paying customers!!!! Probably won't come back

Ordered a Belgian trio milkshake and a mango falooda when we visited a couple of days ago. The lady seemed to have made a mistake while making the mango falooda and when my wife mentioned that it's not looking like the item we ordered, she mentioned that she'll make it again and then just added a scoop of ice cream and gave it to her. The falooda was extremely poor, bordering on uneatable. The mango syrup or pulp or whatever was added tasted synthetic and if it was natural then for sure it had gone bad as it was so sour and tart that if I'd not known then I'd never have guessed that it was mango. And the scoop of ice cream in a mango falooda is supposed to be mango and not vanilla, so there's that.
Absolutely a horrible experience, especially as the server didn't seem to bother about what was being served. Will never visit again.

Awesome desert, i always get the waffle with banana and strawberry with extra nutella. Shivam always makes it perfect. He is a pro at what he does. Very nice and respectful man! Highly recommended 👍

As a local Realtor, I’m always on the lookout for spots that add real value to the neighborhood - and Crumbs & Cream on Hespeler Rd does just that. I tried the Dubai Strawberry Kunafa Cup and it was excellent: fresh, balanced, and unlike anything else you’ll find nearby. Between the generous portions, friendly staff, and late-night hours, this place gives Cambridge residents one more reason to stay local instead of driving into KW for dessert. I was served by Ashiyana and she was great.
