If you are looking for tasty authentic Caribbean food I cannot rave enough about this place. A little gem that needs to be visited if you are in the Toronto GTA. Just off the 401 in Cambridge Ontario is Di Patty Shop and we happened upon through a friends recommendation. We weren’t disappointed!
Truly delectable beef patties where the crust is fresh and the right type of crispness —and the flavour! Oh my! Chef’s kiss.

Such flavours!!!! Very nice staff. We walked in and ordered multiple things to try and everything we tried was amazing!!!! Curry Chicken, Jerk Chicken, Goat Roti, rice and beans, coleslaw. We loved it all and can't wait to go back and try more. The portions are huge!!!!!

We stopped in today for a quick takeout lunch. We're so glad we did! The patties were delicious—we tried chicken, mild beef, and spicy beef. All were the best we'd ever tasted. We also shared the curry goat, which was a generous portion and was really tender and flavourful. We'll be back!

As soon as I opened my order, the smell was incredible ! I seen how it was extra carefully wrap up inna plastic wrap. I was feeling blessed. Gazed and saw nuff pimento seeds, that made me even more excited. I took my first bite, and the goat melted in my mouth. The FLAVOUR was flavouringg !!! 10/10! New favourite caribbean spot inna di GTA! period. Compliments to the chef! bless you! xo :D

Di Patty Shop is one of the best pet shops in the area that I’ve had the pleasure to visit. They offer fast friendly service at great prices perfect to feed staff and Cruz in the business environment or in the construction environments.
Just picked up a lovely portion of some delicious oxtail. Everything was on point. I will be back.

This was my first time ordering from Di Patty Shop and I can't recommend this place enough. I got the curry goat and I can honestly say this is the best place I've ever gotten it from and I've tried out most of the places in the area. The meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, extremely tender and fell off the bone.
The portion sizes are also VERY generous and I appreciated the extra care that went into packaging the food. I've never had a place use plastic wrap around the container before but it did a great job at keeping all the sauce inside my container vs all over the inside of the bag if it tipped at all which honestly happens way too often with Uber deliveries.
I'm looking forward to ordering from here again :)

It’s rare to come across a meal that feels like it’s telling a story, but this one truly did. It was comforting, surprising, and undeniably satisfying. A dish like this reminds you why food is so much more than sustenance—it’s an experience worth savoring.
I’d happily return for this again, and I’d recommend it to anyone who appreciates food done right. Words cannot describe… this place is a true standout!
