I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed. Yesterday, around 30 minutes before closing time, I ordered an extra-large vegetarian pizza worth $32. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Domino’s.
The pizza was not baked properly, and the sauce tasted extremely sour—almost like tamarind—which completely ruined the flavor. It seemed like no care was taken in preparing the pizza. It honestly felt like the staff’s frustration or unwillingness to serve so close to closing time was reflected in the quality of my order.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience was very disappointing. I request that you kindly look into this issue and offer a suitable resolution.

As a sidenote, I lost a mitten in the parking lot over the winter.. and they found it and called me to tell me! So happy about getting my mitten back, and I won’t forget that service ☺️

I picked up my complimentary birthday pizza today, and it was an outstanding experience as always. The pizza was excellent, and the thoughtful birthday card truly made my day.
