I ordered a pizza and was expecting a delivery by car. Mind you we don’t live that close to double double. About a 12 minute car ride.
Apparently the bosses car broke down and the driver had to use his E Bike to deliver my pizza.
Just want to say thank you for your hard work and dedication!

I will assume the potato wedges being portioned to 280grams is standard and will say okay as I have said that 4 pieces of potato even at 280grams isn't okay. Just a heads up when I called immediately after receiving the food and asked for some clarification on the issues I was told wedges are weighed to 280grams. I weighed what I received and it was over the 280grams so they did give more than necessary I guess but your staff aren't doing their job correctly if the portion control was over the amount set by you. That leads me to believe they aren't doing their job correctly in other manners as well or are just making mistakes.

Mistakes like the wrong wing sauce being included in my order and then arguing with me over the phone about what I asked for. It would be one thing to get defensive with a customer when they are demanding to be sent the correct food or a refund but I asked for neither. Literally a heads up that mistakes where made and that they should be looked into for better customer service and repeat customers for the future.

The garlic bread being brown as I said in my review does look fine and I understand that without cheese the toast/bread will be taking the browning from the heat over the cheese. But as I said the bread wasn't even chewable. It was as if the bread was toasted hours before for another order and then not needed so it just was used on my order. I am not exaggerating when I say the toast could have broken a car window if thrown against it.

I didn't comment on the pizza but seeing as we are talking now I shall, it was less than slightly warm upon arrival and the cheese was to the point of borderline un-melted.

Anyways I am not looking for anything from you but the interaction about said issues with the staff member on the phone was ridiculous considering i was just bring up the issues to be corrected or looked into for future customers not so I can receive anything.

Your response of call my cell phone so you can fix the issue is almost comical. Do I know who you are? Do I have your cell phone number? Did you even give me your name? No... no to all of the above so who am I to do that, it feels like an empty gesture to be honest.

Order for delivery. Recieved this for the large order of potato wedges and the garlic bread although looks okay can't even be chewed through. Wrong sauce for wings ordered. Call back to see if anything could be done and they said no. Not sure if all locations are like this but generally not happy with the food and the customer service.
