Sweet and sour spare ribs were the worst. Stringy and tough and very little meat and they were a bizarre grey colour. Egg rolls were delicious! Beef and broccoli might as well have been called beef with random vegetables. More vegetables than meat and only 4 pieces of actual broccoli.
Steamed Pork Dumplings stole my heart! Delicate wrappers with juicy, flavorful pork inside. Felt homemade, not greasy at all. Pro tip: Dip them in their ginger-scallion sauce. Comfort food at its finest!
