Awesome food, awesome service
Came in to order a quick lunch for my son who’s at school and I needed to get it to him fast before class started. Unfortunately they were doing training about some item near the front door, and how to clean it and wipe it down and the guy was so detailed about his training in the middle of lunch hour that I sat at the door, waiting for about 10 minutes For them to do the training I gave up I left. I did not order my son lunch from there because I’ve already lost 10 minutes and I still have to drive to the school. Very poor customer service somebody should’ve rushed over taking my lunch old order and then went back or got the information from the other girl who is there cause there were two staff therebeing trained they both didn’t need to sit there while a customer was waiting to put in a food order. Eastside Marios you can do better than this, especially during lunch rush.
No issues. Nice place.
Had fantastic service & the manager was lovely!
We booked a big birthday party in mid-April to celebrate our twins' and dad's birthday. Service on the day by Melia was exceptional. She got everyone's order, there were no issues with drinks or meals, and was able to direct fellow servers for which meal belonged to whom. She was even able to handle my overly anxious self, which I truly appreciate and commend her on. Melia ensured our event went off without a hitch and was consistent about checking on the group and clearing dishes, so we wouldn't be overloaded with dishes on our table or in need of anything. She floated in and around our group, so our table of 20 was well-taken care of. I cannot express how absolutely great her service was, or how much we appreciated all of her effort. You rock, Melia!
Not only the dinner was great. Party planning can be stressful, and manager Becky made the process painless. She was friendly, efficient, and quick to respond to our MANY questions. We were able to book everything within a fairly tight timeline. Menus were printed at the restaurant without prices, and we took care of the bill without issue at the end of our meal.
It was a wonderful experience, and we will absolutely book here again in future.
We went here before the parade and it was incredible, the food was amazing the staff was incredible and they out did themselves with the Hot Chocolate
We will be coming back for sure !! Fantastic

To start off the table was sticky as were the menus. Ordered food plus paid extra for soup and salad. Did not get either soup or salad. On top of that ordered pizza it was half cooked. Asked for extra napkins after a long wait I had to get up and get them myself. I have noticed that the service the last couple times have been terrible and the food sub par. I have only gone there to appease others but that will never happen again at the Cambridge restaurant. How can a franchise get so bad!! Lucky to get 1 star at all at this location.

Saturday 2024-11-09 7:45 arrival, restaurant at 1/2 capacity. Teenagers running around without any direction. Waited 35 mins to get bread and plates. 8:45 soup arrives cold, send it back only to have it microwaved and still cold. No cutlery for soup, served with plastic spoons. Only 2 soups arrive out of the 5 ordered. Entres arrives before soup and salads Sent back and asked for manager. Bartender picks an argument, refuses to get manager, she arrives and accuses for speaking with a tone and kicks up out. Will never return to this East Mario’s - it terribly managed and should be closed. What a disgrace.

My family & I recently dined at East Side Marios and had a fantastic experience! The Pepperoni Pizza was a delightful flavour, perfectly baked with generous toppings. The Seafood Linguini was equally impressive, with fresh seafood paired wonderfully with the pasta. The Jumbo Shrimp Alfredo was creamy and rich, making it a must-try for anyone who loves shrimp.
One highlight of the meal was the all-you-can-eat Potato Soup and Tomato Soup. Both were comforting and delicious, making it hard to resist having seconds (or thirds!). The fresh bread served alongside was the perfect complement, always warm and inviting.
Our server, Maya, was a true gem —delightful, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Overall, East Side Marios exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another round of their delicious offerings!
