My husband and I came to Elixir for the first time to commemorate our anniversary. Our experience was fabulous as the food was impressively delicious. For starters we got escargots and fois gras. The fois gras was the best I ever had with a velvety and smooth consistency; for mains, we got boeuf bourguignon and the lamb shank, paired with a great Bourdeaux wine, and for the dessert we got the pistachio and almond cake, which was perfectly balanced, not too sweet and very delicate....
Top dining experience of the year. The duck confit was crispy and succulent, and the almond cake for dessert melted in my mouth. Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet sophisticated. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this elegant French dining experience in the heart of Belmont Village. We ordered the Duck Confit, Braised Lamb Shank, and seafood special as our mains. The lamb dish was very flavourful, filling, and cooked to perfection. The experience was reminiscent of dining in Montreal. 10/10 service as well.
