Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and all the chicken was raw

Stopped in and had a wonderful lunch. Everything was fresh and made correctly.

i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful

They could not come up with a better name? The just the awful sounding vulgar name makes me want to never step inside this restaurant

I didn't even receive my order. When i called the restaurant, they didn't give me any solution. I spent 17$ for nothing. Even the staff don't know how to talk to people. I would recommend not to order for dilevery from their app.

First time going to the store, the staff provided great service. The restaurant was very clean and the food was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Terrible service, it's 9:48 pm and I was craving a burrito, I arrived and they told me that the kitchen is closed and they can only serve me a bowl, how is this possible if the advertisement says they close at 10:00???

I did not need to eat the size of burrito that was delivered to me. But I could not stop once I started. It was too delicious. I ate this whole thing. I’m still full. 5/5 dopamine boosting comfort food

Horrible place, ordered delivery and when it didn’t come I called and the worker lied and said the food was already made and picked up, then I get a notification 20 mins later that it’s just getting prepared now

I ask for use washroom employees said it’s not for the public washroom and without any reason they put out of service

Burrito was 75% rice. The other ingredients that were actually added were delicious though.

Got a chicken burrito to eat at work, it was super gross and I ended up tossing it out.
idk what ingredient made my burrito so wet but it was soaked never have I had such a soggy burrito, there was very little chicken and what was there was soggy and chewy, there was barley any lettuce and an insane amount of corn. Emailed to complain and I never heard a thing back. Complete waste of money.

I messed up an online order for a day in advance instead of same day. Guys made it no problem. Great food

Callled ahead to see if they had noodles prepared (my fav part to add to the burrito) the young gentleman told me that they will always make some fresh if there is none at the time, so that you aren’t getting dry noodles at the end of the night. Thought that was very thoughtful of him. Thank you for the step up above the rest, for your impeccable service. Your parents (who own the place) should be proud.

Ordered 3 burritos. None were labelled for the third time. Paid extra for the sweet potato and didn’t receive any. Frustrating since this continues to happen at the Lindsay location.
