I just recently started coming here- my friend who works there recommended the smoothies.
They are soooo good, so many to chose from, and they will modify your smoothie to your liking.
All of the employees are friendly and helpful. Not to mention- their store is clean and organized !!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The smoothies are delicious and nutritious and provide a great healthy option for one on one time. I've been coming here with my son for almost a decade.

Great service, when your in store, very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone.

Fiddleheads Health and Nutrition is a local owned health food store with natural solutions for health benefits.

They have a wide selection of health products such as vitamins, supplements and foods.

The smoothie bar is a great place for a refreshing healthy beverage.

Natural products in so much variety.. foods, soaps,candles, oils..

The staff are so helpful and kind here!

The Energy Cookies are awesome... Lots of fiber and flavour.

One star off because prices are higher than a lot of other stores and, due to small size, selection isn't always as good as other stores... But I go here because the employees are awesome (unlike some other similar types of stores locally)

I have been a customer at Fiddleheads for well over ten years. The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to help you with any of your health care needs and are always so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I was in the store just this week and it was crazy busy, with people wanting help and line ups at the cash. Even with the demands they had on their time, which was a lot, they did their very best to make sure every customer was taken care. There are certainly other larger health care stores with possibly more selection, but I have learned that the personal attention is not even close to what you will get at Fiddleheads. For this reason, I only go to Fiddleheads because of the staff and how hard they work to advise, help customers, keep the store organized and make every person feel like their concerns matter. A special shout out to Dawn whom I have had the pleasure of developing a relationship with. These are the things that keep customers loyal to a store.

Fiddleheads cambridge always has wonderful service and terrific organic products if that's what you're looking for. They have a terrific smoothie bar also while you're shopping.

I’ve been going to Cambridge Fiddle Heads for the past 3 to 4 years for My families, vitamins, supplements, etc. needs. Each an every staff member that I interacted with over the years either person or phone was/are friendly, positive, helpful, informative. Also, at times when their products weren't available, staff would kindly ordered the products for me in a timely manner and gave me a friendly courtesy call to let me know when to pick them up.

Now, as far as the smoothie bar, they make each every smoothie to perfection. Again, very informative when it comes to the protein for example if you want vegan or non-vegan, informative with their infusions, what products they use and there benefits in their smoothies, etc. Their customer service goes over and above at times, I’m extremely busy running my business & they’re more than willing to make your smoothie ahead with a pre-order phone call for a quick In-N-Out transaction, which makes life easier at times. They'll even make your smoothie ahead of time in order for you to make it minutes before closing time. My experience with Fiddle Heads Cambridge has been nothing but positive. Best health and nutrition store in Cambridge and or the Waterloo region, highly recommended!

FIDDLEHEADS is so accommodating. I was looking for a product that was discontinued, within 12 hours, FIDDLEHEADS ordered all stock from all stores, so I had enough product. I was so grateful and impressed with their services. FIDDLEHEADS smoothies are literally the best smoothies in Cambridge! So delicious ?!
