Nikki is the best! She was so warm and welcoming since I walked in, and her sub recommendations were spot-on—I loved it! What really stood out was how she noticed my brownie and asked if I wanted it warmed up. Little things like that make a huge difference. She made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first time. I’ll definitely be back! Keep it up Firehouse Sub!

Ordered hook and ladder salad and it’s a great salad except 1 dressing isn’t enough for me. Repeat the order a week later but ask for 2 dressings and I get 2 half full dressings. Repeat order two weeks later and same 2 half dressings. Repeat order on more time to and I don’t ask for extra dressing. I get 1 dressing full to the top. Unfortunate Companies are like this

Horrible experience! Five staff behind the counter, but had to wait because an employee was taking phone orders. No one else would help or take my order. After waiting some time, I went to order a couple meatball subs to find out they don't have meantballs. No signage anywhere to save wasting my time. Someone had one job! How does a restaurant run out of food? You can guarantee I'll never return knowing there's a possibility I'll have to wait in line with limited lunch time to find out they are out of food. Jokes!

I will never go back to Mr. Sub, Quiznos or Subway after experiencing the fresh, high quality, ample subs here. I eat here almost five times a week, never ever disappointed, always very fresh and healthy. The staff is amazing and so polite. Big thanks to Rudra for making my roast beef with French dip sub tonight, he threw in an extra pickle and extra dipping sauce at no extra price, recognizing me personally as a daily customer - imagine Subway doing that …. Every gesture of kindness and healthy feeling counts when eating out and the pricing is unbeatable for the quality and quantity.

Got the New York steamer. The only one I’ve ever gotten for years. Got it here and it looked like such little meat, complained and they said it was normal. Then started eating it and have of it was grizzle. Like chewy tough meat, was so gross. I also asked for black olives and jalapeño peppers on it. On my large sub I counted 1 jalapeño and 3 olives. Won’t be back again

Food takes way to long to get. Doesn't taste the way it does at other locations. Staff very short with me and have trouble speaking english. Floors looked dirty.Don't think I will be going back.
