I order online for a sandwich waiting inside not a single person greeted me is block at the door from someone changing the garbage. And then when I sat down nothing it wasn't busy. When eventually I got my order it wasn't that good and not worth the price. Play also paid extra for the garlic bread and there was nothing tasting like garlic bread at all

So disappointing, came in instead of ordering off an app to save money, we came in a half hour before close (I get a pre close - I’ve worked in the restaurant industry but come on) ordered the meatball and were promptly told no due to her already having put them in the fridge. When I asked if she could take them out she scoffed at us… so we went to burger factory across the street!! They’re great and will actually serve you till (a half hour before) close lol

Ordered 30 min n advance and order was still not ready..had to wait another 30 minutes for just one sub. Why is service so slow?

This was my first time eating here. I was told about this place by a friend of mine. Well, he was not lying when he said they were delicious and worth the money. The workers are polite and friendly.

Got the new smoke meat! Asked for extra Monterey Jack cheese and yellow mustard instead of provolone and mustard they add. Did not receive any they put onions on it. That item dose t come on it. The meat I got on it was all stringy muscle so tuff to chew.

You guys need to step up your game, maybe put more staff on a holiday.
I arrived here at Monday evening 5:25pm to get a larger chicken Cajun spicy sub,
I had work at 6pm and guess what I left this place at 5:57pm with a $20 no lettuce sub!

I had a fantastic experience at this Firehouse Subs! I placed a large order for my office on very short notice, and the team—specifically Jahnvi and Het—truly went above and beyond. Not only did they get the entire order completed on time, but they also took the extra step of writing names on every single sub. It made distribution at the office so much easier. Incredible customer service and great food. We will definitely be back!

Bought 2 medium subs yesterday with the 25% off coupon and it cost $26.00 including tax.
The quality was ok.
The value was horrendous!
Shrinkflation has hit Firehouse big time.
The size and toppings on our subs were dismal.
I do not recommend Firehouse and will not return.
Try Jersey Mike's or Subway if you want value for your your hard earned $$$

Spent 35 dollar for 2 subs and the person who took my order even read it back to me correctly. When I got home my wife's sub was missing sauce and my sub had jalapeno on half when I didn't ask for them and onions on the whole thing when I even said no onion. Very disappointed in the food especially for the price.

We put an order in for pickup at 7pm and did not receive our food until 8:30pm. An absolute waste of our time. If there is a whole Reddit thread talking about how slow this location is (which I discovered while waiting), I feel like that warrants a better look at your operations and processes.

Food is always good but hollllly it takes forever to get your food, it shouldn’t take an hour to make a sandwich

Never been here before never new what to order Nicki at the counter was very helpful and amazing costumer service she was right the subs are amazing got the club and my husband got the steak thank you ill be back
