I have been coming very often in the past year. My wife has dietary restrictions that make Freshii a place she knows she can enjoy a good, healthy meal.
I cannot say enough about one person who works there. Her name is Vandana.
She is there almost every time I visit. I immediately get a big smile from her every time. I feel more like I am seeing a good friend rather than someone to take my order.
She is friendly, helpful and kind. As I come often to get food for my wife, Vandana always asks if I am getting the “Maam” special. She knows exactly what I need when I say that.
Many restaurants have lost the personal touch of making you feel valued beyond taking your money.
Because of Vandana, I do not feel that way when coming here. That is a big reason why I come so often. Thank you, Vandana.
The few times she has not been there, the service has been just as good.
Please check out this location if you have not done so already. You will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Freshii ! The customer service was exceptional – the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The smoothie bowl was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I can say they used high-quality and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a healthy and tasty treat with great service!

Sat on this for a week but ultimately as a consumer I’d rather save you frustration by visiting this location.
Ordered the Kale Cesar salad, double chicken total was over $20. It felt the employees hourly wage was tied to quality/quantity of ingredients provided.
50% of the salad was kale stems, with limited to no chicken. I went back and asked if they gave me the double I requested to which I was told it had double.
I’ve visited multiple other Freshii locations with this exact order and my experience at this store doesn’t align with the typical presentation or brand, I won’t be returning to the location.

I wish i could give them zero starts because this is what you get when you order a smoothie bowl from they give you liquid smoothie the only difference is you get it inside of a bowl instead of a cup with little to no fruits inside and granolas floating everywhere

Emm helped me make my lunch and she genuinely made my day. Such a sweet smile and so warm and friendly. Even though the food was eh (partly my fault because I made odd substitutes) her customer service made the entire experience 11/10!!🥰

First time, and last time. Got a mouth full of awfulness I had to spit out and ended up not eating my bowl. The "meat" was bone and grizzle and I almost broke a tooth.
Just picked up my favourite bowl and the cashier was super friendly and personable! Great customer service!

Would truthfully give a 0 star if I could. They must put the least possible amount of food, sauce, and ingredients into their product. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE. Go to any other “healthy” type of restaurant and I promise you will have a better experience. $20 and you get a drink and the smallest unseasoned portions. Not to mention, they must use kids sized chicken portions (just that the kids meal anywhere else would have more chicken). Nice going Freshii! If you value your food and money don’t consider this place.

For two bowls, the total was $34.- Staff was nice and approachable. :)- Food was pretty good — and much healthier than other restaurants.- Parking was easy (lots of spaces available) — on a weekday, around 6pm.- Lots of seating inside.- I appreciate that the machine didn't prompt me to tip for takeout.- My recommendation to Freshii's is to avoid giving obscure (hard-to-pronounce) names to bowls.
