I prefer to give a 0 star because I ordered whole wings, but they were burnt. When I raised the issue, the staff with hijab were rude and insulting, claiming the wings were meant to taste smoky and implying that I wouldn’t understand because I hadn’t tried them before. This was my 1 visit and I got totally disappointed

I paid $9 for what I thought would be a full salad as I ordered a regular size, not a side. But I got a tiny little portion nearly the size of my palm. How small would the side have been... 3 leaves?? Aside from that, half my order was missing. The food I did receive was tasty. But really disappointed with the lack of care and lack of value. It's really expensive for what it is.

Great experience at Galito’s Cambridge! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly grilled — especially the peri-peri chicken, which was juicy with just the right amount of spice. The sides were hot and tasty, and the portions were generous for the price. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was quick even during busy hours. Clean restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Definitely a great spot for delicious, affordable meals — I’ll be back again soon!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this location today. I urgently needed to use the washroom, and the staff member at the counter — a lady wearing a hijab — refused to let me access it, stating it was only for customers.
The issue wasn’t the policy itself, but the way it was handled. She spoke to me in a rude and dismissive tone, in front of others, which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing.

If this is the level of customer service they think is acceptable, I won’t be returning. Basic courtesy and respect were missing.

I was hungry and stopped by this place, I told the lady at the front desk with the hijab that it was my first time here and I didn’t know what to get , she right away try to show me the expensive stuff rather than the nice cheaper deal that they were having posted on the window, I really didn’t like that. Also chicken wasn’t well cooked, also I would ask for a certain sauce or something to be done a certain way, she would smile and say dont worry, but by the time I got home , it was nothing I asked for , kind of got me upset icl. Something told me open the food and look at it first , but I trusted this Muslim lady, all for her to lie to me.

Beware that they won’t let you bring food from nearby restaurants. Meaning if you are with your family and one person wants to get something from a different restaurant they will kick you out
