Very pleased with this company. Very healthy meals. Well portioned to keep you full. Breakfast I love having chia pudding and bites great additions. Lunch meals ready to go, saves time and so much flavour. So many varieties of food options I have tried other places and got tired of eating the same meals. So far best place for variety 🥰

It gone down hill with the new ownership

I have been a loyal customer of Nook Vibrant kitchen for some time now and every single meal I get from them is well-made, presented and oh so tasty! The food is VERY high quality. They provide me with a balanced and nutritious vegan diet that I rely on greatly to keep myself healthy. (So I can't speak to the meat options but I'm sure they are amazing too).
The customer service received goes above and beyond any other food delivery service. The ordering process and how responsive they are to any questions you may have as well as the delivery it's self and the kind drivers is more like 10 stars!
You can tell that care is made when putting together dishes as well as making sure it's right and suiting your own specific needs. There are set plans for all meals and snacks, as well as a custom order option that I prefer to use, and they make it happen. The ability to personalize it amazes me and keeps me healthy and on track with my goals! And my stomach is VERY happy. The cost is also completely affordable in comparison with some other options I've tried, and the food is so fresh.

The Dan Dan Beef Noodles were perfectly seasoned, and that sauce really added to a flavourful experience. The portion size was excellent and came with a lot of minced beef. Taste wise an easy 9/10. Would recommend!

Was gifted some Nook meals during a challenging period, and it was such a thoughtful way to provide support so we could easily nourish ourselves. A few weeks later and we’ve just reordered more, prepping for a very busy week. The Nook meals are easy, nutritious, and packed with variety and flavour!

Healthy, delicious, and convenient. My husband and I took Nook meals and snacks on our ski trip this year. The quality and flavours were excellent. We saved a lot of money not eating out every night. Hope this business is here to stay!

So happy I found Nook! Always delicious and the ingredients are so fresh. Everything is very flavourful and I especially love the cabbage rolls, almond crusted squash, and chickpea kale pasta. They also provide amazing customer service. One day there was a mix-up with my order and they made sure to deliver it to me asap (thanks Nook!). Highly recommend to anyone looking for fresh, healthy and delicious food!

I used to go there a lot over a span of few years. The quality dropped in my experience but they were still good. I loved the original drinks. Other than that, they are pricey. I was very ill so I ordered several juice cleanses from them. The older male owner, I hated seeing him there because he was ALWAYS EXTREMELY RUDE to me. Extremely. Making snide comments, passive aggressive remarks. Very unfriendly. Never smiled. Didn't give me any points for returning empty bottles that I could have used but I washed and returned them instead. I felt so incredibly uncomfortable and creeped out by him. I would walk in the door and he would start making very subtly vicious remarks. I finally was done after driving over to their new location with bottles to return. The last time I went, once he saw me, he turned back to his computer, wouldn't get up or look away from his computer. I told him I had bottles to return while very obviously holding a box. He didn't come get them. He just started making mean comments about the same thing he always targeted me with and I realized why he's so cruel toward me. He believes I have a relationship with someone he doesn't like. So as a narcissist would do, he was repeatedly unprofessional, rude and downright nasty toward me. I don't remember his first name. It's not Madison she was always nice to me. It's her father. He is a sick person. It was traumatizing and if I had another place to get juice I would but it was my only option at the time. I didn't know what to say at the time, I was in survival mode with a serious illness. I would never let him speak to me that way again. What a horrible human being. I wish I never spent a penny there.

Nook meals have become a weekly essential for me! After a long period of leaning on various food delivery services for lunch during the workday and finding the quality of the meals so poor compared to the significant cost, I found Nook after a referral from a dietician and have never looked back. Meals are delivered to my office on Wednesdays and carry me through the rest of my week with optimal amounts of variety, nutrition and flavour! I savour my Nook meals, have so many favourites and and look forward to the new menu items that are added so frequently! I highly recommend Nook, you will be hooked too!

The food from Nook Kitchen is so lovingly made, with the freshest, most delicious ingredients, it’s become a weekly staple for me. In addition to the incredible taste, everything is so nutritious! I feel so good after eating these meals, and enjoy them immensely! In addition, Madi (the owner) is a real gem, as she is very caring for her customers! She goes above and beyond to help take care of us and it shows, and is felt!
