I used to love this place and it was my husband and I‘s Sunday game night special. We used to order almost every Sunday when we lived closer, so I was excited to order again since it had been a while since we last ordered. We ordered burgers and team wings, and although the burgers were extremely well-made, but the lattice fries and the team wings did not taste fresh like they used to. It almost seems like they had been cooked earlier and were simply refried upon order. This is the second time I had them recently, and even my last visit had the same quality. I wish they could bring back the quality it used to be in 2020-2023

Staff was very friendly. We waited a bit after being seated, but things went at a perfect pace afterwards. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing--overpriced without the quality to match: the portions were very small; the poutine, which was an upcharge, was overly salty, with overcooked fries and barely any chunks of dry cheese; the po'boy I had was a soggy and bland mess, flavourless and texturally very close to the point of off-putting; the shrimp were just reheated and tossed with a bit of Frank's Red Hot. My friend's burger looked okay, but was unremarkable and not hot as advertised. We didn't even want to try dessert. Otherwise, the place itself was very clean and interesting to look at, though the music was too loud.

It's better to cook at home & save money. Food is mediocre & on the second time at this place I had The Philly ribeye sandwich it had a bad taste at $20 it's definitely a rip-off! & The worst part is a few hairs were in the sandwich! Disgusting! Definitely never going back & the beers at this place is also nasty. Some of the servers are also mediocre kinda rude. The main bar area is horribly designed at this place!

I took my family to Gators tonight and we had the best experience, the service was 5☆ and the food was yummy and hot. It's been a long while since we had service like that and we can't thank the staff enough for everything they do! Keep up the good work

The service really good. However the food was subpar. I regret trying somewhere new.

Had the blooming onion. I’ve had better. I’d rate it 5/10. I also had the cheese sticks which are mozzarella sticks. But they didn’t have marinara sauce to eat them with, which is criminal. I had to eat them with salsa. I wish I had known that before placing the order.

would I eat here again? Probably not. is it good if you’re hungry? It’s decent enough.

Gator's Tail is generally closed on Mondays but it was terrific of Steve and his crew to open up for Thanksgiving and for Game 2 of the #MLB #ALCS2025 -- Despite the dire outcome, it was a pleasure to have a place to gather with other fans to take in this monumental game.

Wood Brothers Pumpkin Ale and Farm League's Gator Ale we're cold and flowing, and the Gator's Maple Bacon dry rub wings were spectacular!
