Legit hands down the best restaurant in town - I have been eating there for 11 years and I have never had better chicken wings. Also Alexander as a server is probably the best service I have had in years. So attentive and is on top of all your requests.
I just wanted to share our recent experience at Gator's Tail. We went with our kids on Saturday, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, and our kids really enjoyed their kids' meals. The service was great, and we’ll definitely be returning.

The Gator is without question one of the top restaurants in Waterloo Region. The service is great! The atmosphere is amazing and the food is fantastic. Large portions and a decent price. I had the Gatorsaurus burger which is likely the best burger 🍔 in the region. I highly recommend!!
I always receive excellent service when I come here. The food is delicious and they have so many beer options. Magda was our server and she is very nice and is a great server!

I'd like to go again but honestly the service was no good. Took way too long to get seated, get food, cook brought out our meals and topped up our drinks. Bill was awkwardly mishandled. It was pretty empty extra for 1 large party. I get that parties are hard but it was probably only 10 and literally no one else in the restaurant just past noon on a Friday.
The waitress was awesome and very helpful. The food came quickly, and it was hot and nicely presented.
