I have had issues the last 3 times I’ve ordered pizza and I believe it’s all out of the Holiday Inn Dr. Location. The first 2 times they didn’t make my pizza even though I paid online for it and this time I paid cash and got my pizza, but called me 90 mins later stating on a voicemail that the store was having issues with their oven and couldn’t make my order ( even though I had received my order 90 mins earlier ). Do not waste your time with Gino’s Pizza, they will forget to make your food, they are really difficult to get a hold of ( especially their customer service ), and they will generally mess up your order and definitely don’t pay up front, they will screw you over. It’s funny that because they didn’t have my money yet and all of sudden ( hours later ) they couldn’t make my order. That joint is a complete waste of time and a huge joke 😆

I only order from Gino's! The pizza (at least at the Cambridge Holiday Inn Location) is always amazing. The delivery driver Sri, is the nicest man. Has a quick conversation almost every delivery. I wish him and the rest of the employees a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
