Always great service and hot pizza! We always order from this location and delivery is consistently quick—usually even before the estimated time. The pizza arrives steaming hot and fresh every time. We've never had any real issues, just one small thing: sometimes it's a bit hard to understand one of the staff members over the phone due to a strong accent. Other than that, everything has been great. Highly recommend!
Ordered pizza today for the kids to get a break from cooking. Dough was very tough and dry. My toddler had such a hard time eating it, so I ended up making something else for dinner. Not gonna order again

My mom called ahead to pick up a party pizza and she went in, paid, got the pizza then after she went home she looked at the receipt and seen they added a $10 tip !? She called and was so mad. They tried to make up excuses by saying it was the machine but anyone who’s worked at a fast food place knows you have to add it in yourself. This place is absolutely ridiculous, taking advantage of people. PS, the one in Kitchener does not do this!

It's been twice now that we have called and made an order for pickup, got told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes then when I show up to get it they haven't even started my order and I have to wait inside for them to make my order. Completely unacceptable

I ordered 2 regular poutine through uber eats but don’t know why they send me one large box and they didn’t even send me forks. I was at hospital at the time how I supposed to eat it. Even the gravy was spilled as well. It was totally waste of money.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
