“Twice we ordered our dinner in the week we were in town. We tried the haddock, pickerel and halibut and the plain and seasoned fries. FANTASTIC! Not greasy, fish was nice and flaky, and the seasoned fries were great! We feel it was the best fish and chips we have had in years and we will definately be return customers. SC’s review said it right it is a hidden gem indeed! The staff is really friendly and you have many types of fish to choose from. Please try them and get an order of the seasoned fries, they are great! Enjoy“

“I just recently started coming here- my friend who works there recommended the smoothies.
They are soooo good, so many to chose from, and they will modify your smoothie to your liking.

“What a wonderful establishment. For the last couple of years my wife and I have chosen to celebrate our wedding anniversary there. The service, food and wine is fantastic. This year, they had a live musical act that provided a great soundtrack to fit the evening.“

“Things have changed in this location. New ownership has gained back the Pizza Pizza reputation. I order pizza couple years back but the quality was very bad all time. This year I thought I will give it a 2nd chance and damn the quality is top notch. It’s consistent as I have ordered many time in last 3-4 months now. Keep it up.“

She was very friendly, personable and efficient.
She made sure I was enjoying my meal.
I had one request that my Carrots be cooked a bit more to be softer and she was very accommodating making my request happen. She returned with Perfectly soft Carrots. I really appreciated her doing that for me.

I ordered the soup, cream of Potato.
It showed up nice and hot. It was a comfort on a cold day.
For my main I ordered the
Salmon power bowl that had Oven-roasted citrus and cumin glazed salmon, served over a warm blend of quinoa and rice with spinach, cherry tomatoes, guacamole, beets, carrots, roasted red peppers, and cucumbers. It was very nice and fresh tasting. My favourite part was they removed the Salmon skin.
I also ordered the Barbacoa burrito bowl with Barbacoa beef, fire-roasted corn, onions and peppers, with cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, cheddar, sour cream, ancho chipotle sauce, and guacamole, served on quinoa and brown rice. This was very flavourful but next time I would ask to substitute the salmon or Chicken instead just for personal preference.
A couple negative things I noticed were Fruit flies, and the art by the washroom looked like it needs to be replaced. It looked dingy.
Overall I had a good experience and will return some time.“

“Zoup is a great spot for a cozy soup and sandwich meal. The Loaded Potato Soup was delicious — rich, flavorful, and definitely the highlight. The Wedding Soup was decent, though not quite the traditional Italian version I was expecting.

The only thing that could use improvement is the ordering system. It’s a bit confusing since there isn’t a clear flow — people end up cutting ahead or ordering in different spots. It would be much smoother if there was one clear place to order/sample at the same time , and then pay.

Also noticed they’ve changed their bread type and portion — I personally preferred the old version.

Overall, still a solid experience and worth coming back for the soups!“

“My family and I went and enjoyed a lovely lunch at this location, my husband and I are young parents with three little kiddos. Our server Jay P made the experience absolutely memorable! Not only was he so thoughtful in the way he delivered our food for the kids, all portended out perfectly; but he was such a kind and courteous server! We are looking forward to returning and being welcomed with his wonderful service!“

“Honestly one of the BEST Pizza Pizza locations I’ve been to. The owner is so kind and genuinely cares about the customers. You can tell it’s not just a job to them, it’s their business and they take pride in it. The service is always warm, welcoming, and fast.

The pizza is fresh, hot, and made properly every time. No skimping on toppings, no sloppy slices. Everything tastes consistent and actually hits the craving.

It’s rare to find a place where the food is good AND the energy is good, but this location has both. Supporting owners like this just feels right. Definitely my go-to spot 🍕“
