I came first time to eat Veg hakka noddles and they were very tasty. I got almost Indian taste here. After that i eat noddles from here only. I loved it. Their utensils are also very clean. I liked it.

The food taste was not good it was not spicy. So I ordered another noodles saying please make it spicy the earlier one was tasteless but the next one was also the same in taste when we complained about it they didn’t care about customers review and they said it is was according to us this is spicy and we can’t do anything. The soup we order was very bad we left over full. The manchurian we order was like a stone it was so hard to even cut in two pieces. They just don’t care about customer reviews and feedback. Overall had bad experience with taste and service both. I don’t recommended this place because its waste of money.

I used to like their food a lot but after this experience I’m a bit scared!Ordered take out on 16th Feb and ended up chewing a stapler pin form their egg fried rice :(((This is a bit concerning and safety issue. Would like to hear from the restaurant, what they would do to help resolve this issue!

Food was good in quality and quantity, atmosphere was good also but they should improve the food taste wise, it was tasty but wasn’t meet my expectations.Vegetarian options: So many veg options were available to eat there, i liked the dry Manchurian, it was lill bit hard dont know why, and may be they used spaghetti instead of noodles in making of veg hakka, spring rolls were ok ok
They never fill oder properly.When i called they are not listening,If someone paid for order they should fill it properly what ever they order.Less food and more money. Worst customer service I ever have with their restaurant.please train your staff.They dont have any knowledge of order,they skip my order and charge me full when I called making me fool.

I came tonight at 11 pm. On Google it's mentioned open till 2 am. Unfortunately they are open for pick up and the guy at the counter straight away said you could take out. If it's mentioned open till 2 please you could mention open till 2 for pickups or closing hours may differ it would save some your time and mine as well. I agree the food is good. But disappointed with today's response.
This is an average restaurant at best. The service is good, and like they way they treated my family. The food on the other hand is bland and not that great, at the end we decided not go to that place unless all the restaurants in the tri-city were closed.Please note - it is not bad, but it is not good either.It feels as if the food is taken from the walmart cold freezer, heated up and served to our table at times.I wont recommend going to this restaurant.

This is by far the worst Hakka experience I have ever had. We went for lunch - service was rude, lady who took our order was trying to get us to order more food than we wanted. Portions were very small, taste was bad….Save your money and go to The Aroma Indian & Hakka Cuisine, it’s literally down the road.

Been there for 4 to 5 times. But today my wife and I visited there and in terms of food and service they was not good this time. Service was really poor and the food seems to be not fresh. We ordered chicken lollipop and hakka fried rice both things are really dry and taste was also bad. Not recommended anymore. Will not go there from next time.
