I’m very disappointed with the service and packaging at this Harvey’s location on 600 Hespeler Rd, Cambridge. The packing is extremely poor. Even when I specifically requested the staff to pack everything properly in one secure bag—like McDonald’s, Burger King, Tim Hortons, or Starbucks—they refused to understand the issue.
With snow on the roads and cars slipping, proper packing is even more important because spilled drinks can ruin the whole order. Instead of understanding the circumstances, the staff started arguing. One even said, “I’ve been in Canada for 5 years, I know what to do.” Customer service has nothing to do with how long you’ve been in Canada—it’s about providing proper service and care.
This lack of professionalism and concern for customers is unacceptable. Harvey’s really needs to improve both their packaging standards and their customer service at this location.
