Should be illegal to sell food this poor quality. Newer staff member served me in drive through . Time was 1035 pm on January 15th 2026. Absolutely unacceptable. Poutine - only crisp fried shells of fries.. hollow. Zero potato.. soaked in sauce to cover the issue. Disgusting and down right dangerous to consume. Place needs to be investigated by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.. Harvey’s corporate are you even aware? Please see photos attached.

Was not impressed with this location, we have been here before and had no issues until now. Went in and ordered our dinner, it was not busy, I only had one person ahead of me. Finally got our meal after 35 minutes. Watched our burgers and fries sit on the heat lamp for 20 minutes, yummy. Left and got home, i had ordered poutine and the battered pickle spears. The poutine was so drenched in gravy it was disgusting and the spears were overcooked so bad that when you took a bite the pickle came out in one piece. Also had to microwave the burgers. Not sure if we should give them another chance or not.

Went there today and ordered a Swiss Chalet poutine through drive through… was craving their fries well I ended up leaving because I waited 15 min for the poutine and not only did they forget my order they ended up giving me the wrong poutine with Harvey’s fries!!!! I asked for a refund because at this point I’m annoyed and don’t want to wait for the original order i placed and was waiting 15 min for and the manager only said I’m sorry…. Horrible customer service never going back

Not my first review at this Harvey's Dundas Street location in Cambridge, unfortunately the fries are undercooked again and again including the poutine. Please cook them a little longer. Almost immediately after posting this review I was contacted via email from Harvey's customer service, I filled out the complaint form, and they suggested next time we order to tell the server to cook the fries longer or crispy. I also received a $15.00 credit for when we order again. Hopefully the problem will be solved.

Brought my wife here while we're visiting from Australia. We enjoyed everything and very friendly staff. Burgers amazing and poutine was spot on.
20minutes for pies/donuts while staff sat there chatting it up. Drink tray fell apart lost my drinks. Not a very respectful place
