I came as Uber driver. Show the order. They told me they are preparing the food. After waiting for 10-15 min, they informed me they gave it to someone else who came way after me. It didn't look busy as I was the only one in the restaurant.
I talked with Uber, the order was not given to another Uber driver.

Ordered in the drive through, they got all three burger orders wrong and didn’t give us any drinks.. our fault for realizing right after we left. Not very good at their job

Went there today I waited forever for my food. I told them dine in it was in a take out bag cold. I asked for a fork she said we are all out. I said I'm looking at a box of 1000 on the counter

One of the only restaurants that I have been to doesn’t fill their employee roster with Indians. They hire Canadians, and everyone speaks Canadian English. What used to be common practice 10 years ago is now the new gold standard. Found my new favourite restaurant.

Ripped off by Harveys !!! And, Nobody answers the phone !!! Im not driving back, what a disaster. When your in drive through.... You dont have time to thoroughly inspect that all food is delivered in the bags... I paid for multiple burgers, drives, chicken strip.. a family meal.. i only got 70% of my meal. I asked the lady if all the food was in the bag, she read out the order to me. It was not what was inside the bag. I used to work on retail 30 years ago and never had we shorted a meal. We went home and ate a hand made sandwich!!! Much better than Harveys. I guess I paid for food I don't get to eat.

Nothing like waiting 20 minutes for cold chicken strips. Garbage service.

Update: if you call they dont really do much. They need proper management at this location as they are consistently delayed. I truly feel bad for the staff, im sure they get nothing but complaints

The young man who took my order at the front with black glasses on (I didn’t get his name) he was very nice and respectful.
Just by his demeanour you can tell he knows how to give good customer service!

The girl who made my food with blonde hair I believe, she was very sweet as well and respectful. She even gave me a small thing of garlic dill sauce when I asked :)

Ordered 2 burgers here and it took 30 minutes to get my food. It was also not busy at all. If you go here and they ask you to pull into a parking spot just request a refund and save yourself the trouble / time.

Worst service ever. I went here after work since I saw the line was completely empty expecting to get decently quick service since the McDonalds beside it was packed. I ordered immediately (3 value menu burgers) and was told to wait in a parking spot. I waited 20+ minutes and did not get my food while I counted 1 other car go in the drive through during that time. I went inside and it was empty there also and just requested a refund since my food still was not done and left with no food wasting 20 minutes of my life. Long story short if you want food don't let the empty drive through deceive you, go to any other fast food location.

I would like to appreciate about the management skills of new supervisor(Taylor). She did great while store was busy while efficiently taken order and mobile pickups as well as helpful for delivery persons as well. I would like to suggest management team you should be bringing more people like Taylor.

You need more staff to help with orders. This location is notorious for years being incredibly slow. I ordered a pickup for 6:20 today and received our order at 6:49.

Hire more staff, especially for Friday and Saturday nights. You’re making the money and it’s irresponsible for you not to. Place a “Now Hiring” on your outdoor signage if there’s an issue with lack of job applicants.

Attached is a photo of my veggie burger with the cheese placed at the end, on top of the toppings, instead of being cooked with the burger.
