Not my first review at this Harvey's Dundas Street location in Cambridge, unfortunately the fries are undercooked again and again including the poutine. Please cook them a little longer. Almost immediately after posting this review I was contacted via email from Harvey's customer service, I filled out the complaint form, and they suggested next time we order to tell the server to cook the fries longer or crispy. I also received a $15.00 credit for when we order again....

One of the only restaurants that I have been to doesn’t fill their employee roster with Indians. They hire Canadians, and everyone speaks Canadian English. What used to be common practice 10 years ago is now the new gold standard. Found my new favourite restaurant.

The young man who took my order at the front with black glasses on (I didn’t get his name) he was very nice and respectful.
Just by his demeanour you can tell he knows how to give good customer service!
The girl who made my food with blonde hair I believe, she was very sweet as well and respectful. She even gave me a small thing of garlic dill sauce when I asked :)
