Visited this location for the first time as I always go to the hespeler shop. I must say parking is definitely easier. The staff was amazing. Thanks to the female server for her patience. Itâs never easy serving 4 kids that donât know what they want. Your customer service was amazing.

Very disappointed with my visit to Cambridge Caboose last night. The girl working at closing time was extremely rude. By mistake, the door was slightly open, and instead of politely asking us to close it, she made a nasty face and yelled, âCan you close the door!â The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome. Definitely not the kind of customer service youâd expect when youâre paying for a treat.

Worst customer service!!!!! Cashier at closing time was very rude and made us feel like we were there for a free icecream. Just walking into her statement âyou need to ask me which flavour â. Very bad customer service. I used to buy icecream there a few times now. But now I think I will drive to other location.
