I’ve gone to this location, and each time I’m not allowed to order what I want. The platter is supposed to come with 2 sides and toppings. I was only allowed 1 side then a mix of toppings for my other side. 5 seconds later as I was leaving the next customer was allowed to order the exact same platter with 2 sides and toppings. Won’t be coming back. Id be careful when going here, every customer is treated different and charged different prices

Chicken shawarma wraps are loaded with lots of chicken, way more than any other wraps at other places. Taste is good with fresh veggies/salad.
Plain and simple loaded wraps that are good tasting and worth the money.

I came in this evening and ordered 2 shawarma poutines and 1 jr chicken shawarma platter. We got home started eating and my husband was in disbelief when I told him we were eating ishawarma. This was our regular shawarma spot. I took a few bites of the shawarma poutine and it went in the trash. It tasted disgusting. I kept getting these weird bites that tasted funky old or chemicals i have no idea what I was tasting, but it was enough for me to have to spit it out. The order costed almost $50 and it all went into the garbage. I will never be coming here ever again. I’m turned off now.

What happened? Occasionally I get a later night shawarma sandwhich, usually call it in and pick it up and it’s fantastic but tonight it was terrible. Barely had any flavour, things tasted older and the chicken was not as tender and flavourful as it normally is, I even bit into gristle on the chicken. Help me change this review to a 5 star!

Usually this place is a 4 or a 5 star but this time for some reason it was terrible. We always get it delivered and it is always hot and fresh. This time it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour. It was so bad I had to put ketchup on it so I could eat it. I feel like I should get my money back or a free meal or something.

Very disappointed with my meal last night. Ordered a platter, with fatoush salad. Was not offered any pickles, had to ask for them. When I got it home, I noticed that I only got lettuce, no dressing or pita chips on the salad! the pita bread we ordered with a side of hummus was stale. Very disappointed with this place, there are plenty more Shawarma places in the area, will not come back

I've been here a few times and it's pretty consistent. Stopped by today and had a chicken shawarma wrap. It was excellent. Meat was tender and full of flavour, loaded with toppings.
