This will be our go to spot! One of the best coffees we ever had. We had apple cinnamon muffin and a croissant as well and it was super fresh and very yummy! Must visit if you are fond of coffee. The staff is very polite and the vibe is great.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had barely walked in the door when the friendly owner greeted me, asked me if I was meeting a friend (I was) and then directed me to a seat “right by the fire” to wait while my friend was in the washroom. This was my first time at the shop in a town I was not familiar with, so that went miles to make me feel more comfortable. His employee explained the coffee profile to me, and they use a local coffee company (Altitude) who created a mixture specifically for this shop. They took the time to acknowledge that coffee is an experience and not just a liquid stimulant to load up with sugar. Additionally they gave me brewing options, which is even more important to someone who likes her coffee. The pressure brewed coffee was one of the best cups I have ever had. I could add more details about how kindly and respectfully he talked to his employees, how sweet he was was with kids that walked in and how pleasant the atmosphere was, but I’m sure I will just be echoing what all the other five-star reviewers are already talking about. So glad I gave Java Jax a shot!

They let me play the guitar for a little and one of the male workers had even sat down with me to help me learn some more chordsParking: There is parking all around and it is a two minute walk from the Gaslight District.Kid-friendliness: They have lots of kid, friendly food, selections, and drink selections.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that leads up to the door and multiple tables that can fit a wheelchair and the entryway is very accessible.

Was visiting the area with my daughter and found this wonderful cafe. We had homeade croissants and amazing tea blends. The aroma and taste of the creamy earl grey tea I had was unbelievable. The owner was very friendly and played a guitar for a customer who was learning to play. What an amazing place to sit, relax, and enjoy a moment with friends and family.
