Probably the grossest fast food you could get. Food tastes terrible, chicken is overpriced and has no chicken on the bones. Their fries are the worst tasting fast-food fries you can find. Would recommend you eat literally anywhere else

Longest waits of all KFCs everywhere. EVERYONE is angry because they’re waiting 30+ minutes and people walking out. It’s crazy. This is the last time I give this place a chance. Always under staffed. Totally the cheap owners fault 100%.

KFC likes to false advertise. I only downloaded their glitchy app because they offered a bucket of chicken tenders free. Once I was in and I added the family bucket to the cart, it would not let me checkout until I removed the free item. Never again. I have deleted their glitchy app.
Ordered wings sandwich combo and two chicken wraps on the side, got home and the wraps were missing, so I called the store, told the person that wraps were missing, he asked the time and who took the Oder, put me on hold and came back saying will give the credit for one, and I asked why for one because I only said that was missing, where as I said 2 because that was truth, he was aggressive and rude and told me that I changed my story. Missing food is not a big deal, but being rude and aggressive, and calling someone liar is not right. Check your food before leaving otherwise they’ll call you a liar also.
The staff at that KFC store are incredibly rude. When I went to order food, I first asked where the washroom was, and the employee rudely told me it's only for customers. I explained that I needed to use the washroom first and would place an order afterward, but he accused me of playing games and told me to go to another store. Honestly, I'd rather stay hungry than order from a place like that. I’ll be recommending others to avoid that store as well—other places know how to treat their customers with respect. The staff there are just awful. If employees dont know how to respect other, they can't offer a good food.

I had a good experience. Didn’t have to wait too long, tasted good too. A bit pricey for what you get

Just one word for their service : Ridiculous
I understand that short staffing is not the fault of the employees, however it is common for many fast food restaurants to notify customers before they order if there will be delays. I was not warned of any delays and due to this I ordered and had to wait 30 minutes for two menu items, I missed my bus home and felt as thought the drive thru was prioritized much more than the people waiting inside
After the large delay, I get home and guess what I find, my sandwich was not even made correctly. I explicity asked for no mayo on it, the lady working confirmed by asking "so only lettuce". Now I can't even eat or enjoy it.

I ordered through the mobile app over 20 minutes in advance, yet when I arrived at the store, I still had to wait another 20 minutes, totaling almost 40 minutes for my order. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. It's incredibly frustrating to experience such delays when you're just trying to grab a quick snack. To make matters worse, the staff showed no empathy for the wait. The employee at the drive-thru had a terrible attitude, and I even overheard him telling another customer, "You'll understand when you stand on this side." It's clear that this individual isn't suited for the job, and the store manager needs to take responsibility for consistently providing such poor service. They should consider either replacing the employee or adding more staff to improve efficiency.
