Waited for more order to be taking for 5 mins, no one took my order . So I left and went to chick filet across the street, they took my order immediately and it was delicious.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in on the weekend and placed a pickup order, only to be told to wait 20-30 minutes for my food. After over 30 minutes, I still didn’t have my order, and when I checked, it was incomplete. Not only was my order missing items, but the workers were also unprofessional and unorganized. What’s worse is that I never received an apology, and there was absolutely no care shown on their faces. These workers need to be reprimanded and retrained. This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

I’m not just leaving a review to vent. I’ve also submitted a formal complaint to KFC Canada. I genuinely hope someone from head office sees this and takes action. Staff at this location need to be held accountable. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Really, really disappointing experience—every single time. Orders are never ready on time. I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a pickup, and this is not a one-time issue. Because of this delay, customers always get angry at me, thinking it’s the driver’s fault. But the reality is—this location has extremely poor service and absolutely no urgency.

Very slow staff, no communication, and zero respect for time. If you can’t handle orders on time, why are you even accepting them? It’s frustrating, unfair, and completely unprofessional. This is one of the worst places to pick up from. Zero stars, zero points. Totally unacceptable.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I’ve been waiting for over an hour for my order, and yet again—it wasn’t ready. Sadly, this isn’t the first time this has happened. Every time I visit, it’s the same disappointing experience. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested, and there’s a serious lack of customer service. It’s unacceptable for a global brand to run this poorly. Zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered at this place twice and had the same experience very very disappointed with the service. ordered online normally ready within 15 mins. But twice I waited over an hr.the staff don't even say sorry for the wait nothing.also after an hr they tell you they don't have the stuff you ordered.Very very bad service.

I placed my order at the drive thru where I ordered the 6pc bucket meal that included a large popcorn chicken, large fries and 3 dips.. That meal is advertised on their meal board for 30.99. When I went to pay at the window after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, they charged me 40 dollars for the meal… I asked why it was 4+ dollars more (even after taxes) than the advertised priced as seen on the board and he couldn’t tell me why, just got his manager.. The manager proceeded to tell me that the prices for the meals changed “awhile ago” .. so I asked why the new prices aren’t reflected on the board and she said “we’re changing it soon.” I asked if she would honour the advertised price and she rudely told me no, there’s nothing she can do. For a manager her customer service skills/demeanour is awful. Definitely will not be a customer at this location again, especially since the “real prices” don’t align with their menu prices.
