Just picked up take out for dinner. When we got home the chicken was all soggy from the excess of grease (see attached photo of the bucket). We called in to let them know and they hanged up on us. This location has really gone downhill over the last few years. Will not be returning.

This KFC has really gone downhill. The food is often stale, the chicken tastes old, and the drink dispenser smells off. Orders come wrong or missing items, and the staff always seem unprofessional and disorganized. They lack zero sense of customer service and are extremely rude. The place clearly needs better management and proper food safety standards. Would not recommend until they improve.

Easily the worst take away spot in Waterloo Region. The staff could care less about the customer service, there is no urgency, just slow slow slow service, the slap together the sandwiches and meals. KFC corporate - are there no standards? Almost $40 for two sandwich combos, no value for what you get. Overpriced, and overrated. Used to be a good place to go back in the day, now it’s trash.

Very lazy worker. I went there around 10:40 she refused to make any kind of sandwiches and wrap she said we only have some chicken pieces thts all i can give you. Crazy thing is they were totally free and i was the only customer. I don’t know how much time she needs to make a sandwich. Or a wrap . Feeling bad for owner

Such a disappointment, waited nearly an hour for my food , the chicken was mush not crispy at all we threw 90% of an 18 peice in the trash , coleslaw also gross . Fries were good tho but I'll be back .

I can't speak of the service it was an app order. But this is cleanest KFC I been to so far. Sterile clean! I really appreciate whoever is keeping this place clean, it is rare to find clean restaurants these days.
I honestly didn't know what to expect. I was just hungry, and ordered through the app. When I went there, the place was very clean, the staff were clean, courteous, very attentive. I really appreciated their suggestions, and the food was cooked to perfection. The tenders were not oily, were fried perfectly. Even the French fries were perfect. I went to another KFC In kitchener, and had a bad experience there, that's why I stopped going. But this one in Cambridge is amazing. Keep up the cleanliness, and great attitude.

The service was really good, friendly staff but they didn’t give me my receipt to do the survey so I could only give feedback here on Google. The gravy and fries weren’t bad but the fries lacked the seasoning. It didn’t seem like they put any seasoning in the fries and then the chicken was overly greasy. It didn’t seem like it was staged for the right amount of time for the grease to drip off. Hope this helps so you can fix the issues.
