Extreamly rude staff ..Manager was very very unprofessional.
We placed online order went to pick up after 25 mins they said order is not ready and will take another 20 mins. We went back after 20 mins... first she said we have not received the order, then she checked and said it will take another 15 mins. Extreamly rude and unprofessional staff. Asked for the refund but they said they will send it to head office for processing.
I asked the Managers name she refuse to provide the name *we cannot provide name* Another lady was their who was also extreamly rude.

I went through drive through and ordered the Pickle sandwich box meal and even after saying exactly what I wanted they still didn't give me all incorrect items. They repeated back what I wanted and still couldn't make it right. Don't waste your time at this one. Horrible customer service. They didn't even answer the phone when I called to ask what we could do about it.

I order 18 piece bucket, white meat.
“10 mins wait” ok that’s fine.
Pay 15 dollar extra for white meat, ask me to park, 30 mins later. I go in side and ask what’s taking so long, she says “everybody is wait” so why can’t you tell us that’s it’s extra wait time?? I ask for manager and she says “I don’t have to give out the info”

By far one of the best experiences I've had in a KFC. Came in from out of town for an overnight stay and needed a quick dinner, Janessa came to the rescue. After we had an extremely long day she was very polite and the service was exceptional which was such a relief. This feels harder and harder to come by lately. Next time we're in town I would stop in specifically hoping to be served by her! Thank you!

Janessa is the bomb! She is so cheery, and as out-of-towners, she really went above and beyond to really give us everything we needed and then some! Five stars service all around. Be more like Janessa.

Went through the drive thru to order.. the lady was rushing our order through and there was no other vehicle behind us. As we pull up she was talking so fast and told us to pull up there she came out she didn't say anything just hurried up and didn't even hardly wait for us to take the bag. Thought we was gonna drop it. Found the lady to be rude.. My 4 yr grandson with a smile said hello to her she didn't even say hi back just looked mean looking.. our order came to 42 just for 10 piece chicken and a large gravy. The chicken was gross and the gravy was cold...We won't be going back ! this is the worst KFC ever I'd say !!

Extremely Disappointed with Service – Missing Items & Rude Staff
I placed an order for the Family Bucket Feast (Order #89090) at the KFC on Cambridge Hespeler Road for pickup. After driving 15 minutes to collect it, I opened the package at home only to find that none of the three dipping sauces were included. Even worse, both of the sides — coleslaw and macaroni salad — were also missing.
I called the branch immediately, only to be told by an employee that they were “too busy” to prepare the order properly. This was completely untrue — there was only one customer in the store when I arrived, and no one else waiting behind me. When I pointed this out, the staff member hung up on me mid-conversation.
Absolutely unacceptable service — missing food items, lack of accountability, and rude behavior. If you value your time and money, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

Waited for more order to be taking for 5 mins, no one took my order . So I left and went to chick filet across the street, they took my order immediately and it was delicious.
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in on the weekend and placed a pickup order, only to be told to wait 20-30 minutes for my food. After over 30 minutes, I still didn’t have my order, and when I checked, it was incomplete. Not only was my order missing items, but the workers were also unprofessional and unorganized. What’s worse is that I never received an apology, and there was absolutely no care shown on their faces. These workers need to be reprimanded and retrained. This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
I’m not just leaving a review to vent. I’ve also submitted a formal complaint to KFC Canada. I genuinely hope someone from head office sees this and takes action. Staff at this location need to be held accountable. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

The gentleman was very respectful. Taking his time, making suggestions. He gave off a really good vibe that has not been seen since the 2000's. I think he will go far in his career and endeavour!
