This is, by far, the worst KFC branch in Cambridge. They have no sense of urgency :( They're always taking their time in getting and preparing orders whether it's busy or not. They run out of fried chickens most of the time! You need to hire a better crews in there.

I was given a $50 gift card, so when I went to order a 2 piece chicken meal the person said we do not accept gift cards. This franchise is greedy they are nickel and diming the unemployed. This is bull I will never go to this place again and I will tell everybody not to go to this grerdy operation. An awful and terrible experience. This is why KFC is going down the drain with francises like this. The reason why they wanted cash upfront because the people there do not know what they are doing and are losing money. My thanks to the young man that served me. I never go to kfc and he was very helpful. Now. The food. Well. The worst $30 I've ever spent. Gel like tasteless gravy. Rubbery chicken because it's full of water. I have to say worst take out ever for such a high price. A great reminder why I don't go there. KFC you have a lot of work to do with your food.

I went to the Cambridge kfc a bit after 3pm. The one staff wouldnt acknowledge us and the other staff was using there phone. After a good couple minutes the staff that was on their phone finally came over to take our order. He never stopped using his phone. He was rude and distracted. Once we paid he had charged me for an extra Mac salad which wasn’t too big of deal (I’ll eat another one). He did not wash his hands after using his phone and till. I thought the other guy was going to make the food but nope it was phone guy. He played on his phone more before starting the food. He was using his phone even while cooking. We asked for dine in and we got it thrown together in a bag. They forgot our drinks, sauce and 2 salads. When we went to tell them they ignored us I had to be like “excuse me” 2 -3 times. They were not sorry and didn’t even give both salads or sauces just one. The food is cold even though it took 15 minutes?? Absolutely terrible service!
