Had a great experience at this KFC outlet! The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly — just the way you expect it. What really made the visit special was the exceptional service by Deep. He was polite, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. It's rare to come across such friendly and professional staff. Kudos to the team — and a big shoutout to Deep for making our visit memorable. Will definitely be coming back!

This is, by far, the worst KFC branch in Cambridge. They have no sense of urgency :( They're always taking their time in getting and preparing orders whether it's busy or not. They run out of fried chickens most of the time! You need to hire a better crews in there.

I was given a $50 gift card, so when I went to order a 2 piece chicken meal the person said we do not accept gift cards. This franchise is greedy they are nickel and diming the unemployed. This is bull I will never go to this place again and I will tell everybody not to go to this grerdy operation. An awful and terrible experience. This is why KFC is going down the drain with francises like this. The reason why they wanted cash upfront because the people there do not know what they are doing and are losing money. They deserve to go out of business. Gary Miller.
Worst kfc I ever had, coating is not good , chicken was so wet and idk I worked in kfc before and now I understand how tasty was ours.
