Service was slow and I had to repeat my order because they missed a dietary need. The wait was long to get our food and when we got our food everything was cold! Lettuce was frozen, fries were cold and our cinnamon desert was missing cinnamon! Absolutely terrible service and food! I will not be returning to this location and I would recommend others steer clear if you want to enjoy spending money on food…

Wasn't given fries in my combo. Asked for 1 drumstick per combo, did not get it. Was given 3 tiny pieces with 1 bite on it, and a drumstick.Employees continuously chattering in their foreign language. Maybe if yall spoke English more you would understand the words coming out of my mouth instead of making mistakes on every other order.

Rarely write reviews but the only good thing I can say is the ice was cold for the drinks. Lol’s. Service and quality of food doesn’t even really rate 1 star. Too bad … good food court can be such a positive draw for a major mall.

This location has worst customer service. Just today I ordered tacos and they came completely broken. I ate however because I was in hurry. But, while passing by I thought to give them a polite feedback. The person with golden frame (eye glasses) just started arguing with me even though I told that I didn't want any refund or free food. After 2 mins of this, I gave up and walked away. Just imagine how worst his behavior was. Instead of just getting the feedback and saying sorry, he was arguing and defending his position.

I ordered chicken tenders and it wasn't even KFC chicken. It was like box chicken. Like Janes chicken strips. Frozen boxed Jane's chicken strips. Not what I expected out of a Kentucky fried CHICKEN place

I ordered Popcorn Chicken for my son and they did not give us any sauce for his popcorn chicken.. Went to ask for some sauce and the guy said he would have to charge me. ¢40 more. Anyways Fries ? we're also cold.. Won't be going back.. Stay away. The portion size ain't the same.. Waste of $13

Everytime i go to this i go to this location. I ALWAYS get let down.Was there thursday for a 6 piece bucket. Smallest chicken ive ever seen . If theyre that small, at least throw in an extra piece .No love or care went into making that30$ for not even filling me up is a scam .
